McDonald’s coffee has really improved over the years. The flavor is rich and well-balanced, not too bitter, and always served hot and fresh. It’s a great option if you need a quick and reliable cup without spending too much. The service was fast, and the café area was clean and comfortable to sit for a while.

I visited this McDonald’s on Monday evening around 8:30–9:00 PM and had one of the worst customer service experiences. I ordered McVeggie burger and clearly mentioned to remove lettuce and add cheese. The staff member (looked like a manager in an orange t-shirt) was extremely rude. Instead of listening carefully, she questioned me in a disrespectful way, saying “you didn’t tell me that” when I had already mentioned it. Her tone was completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable.
As a customer, I expect basic respect and good service, not to be spoken to in such a manner. If this is how a manager treats customers, I can’t imagine how regular staff is trained. Very disappointed and shocked by the attitude here.
I sincerely request McDonald’s management to take this seriously and train their staff better. No one deserves to be treated rudely when they are simply placing an order.

Ordered a Tea with 3 milk and 3 sugar and a large Vanilla iced coffee and I paid for extra syrup so it’d be sweeter. When I got my drinks, neither had any sugar at all. If I was trying to cut back on unhealthy ingredients I wouldn’t be buying McDonald’s. If I pay for extra syrup give me some syrup.
