Just got an order on skip… the rice isnt cooked or is just so dry/old its gone hard. Disappointing and waste of money. Was so excited for this.

Update: 4 hours later and I’m throwing up the half of it I ate. Pretty sure these ingredients were sitting out all day.

I went to the store and one of the girl was with negative attitude. I asked her for some customization, she denied it was not a big deal I think. She should change her attitude

I’ve always been fond of this place. I just ordered a chicken burrito. While my burrito was toasting, the girl took another order and used the cash register. On her way back over I asked her to wash her hands and SHE REFUSED - told me all the reasons she didn’t need to… then mauled my burrito and handed it to me. $18 for something I promptly tossed in the trash. I won’t be back. So gross. Wear gloves!!!!!!

Food is great but the new girls that work here are not great. Customer service is usually good but not so much anymore.

I came 20 minutes before closing and they looked at the clock before accepting my order today. One girl was also on the phone using her airpods.

Bad customer service but such good food and I love to support local.

Average burrito, and they didn't seem to want to allow any "custom orders" (e.g. what I wanted to include or exclude in the burrito). They tried to rush me and my friends even when there wasn't a line. Not sure if they'd be a first-choice at the mall.

First time trying mr.pancho. the menu didn't provide or show what was included on the wrap. Therefore we thought he was gonna ask what we want or don't.. also didn't have a name tag, was rude after we told him what was wrong. Then he put us last, we waited 15 minutes almost 20 for 2 burritos.. will not be coming back to this location!

Minus 5 stars for having zero tofu/vegan meat options but plus 10 stars for being the only burrito place that *ahem* not only doesn't charge for a tiny spoonfull of quac, but is willing to pour two liters of it onto a burrito without care. Wow!!! What a huge disappointment. We had traveled to North Bay for a medical appointment and chose this restaurant because we love Mexico and its food having spent over 10 winters there. I could not believe that there was NONE of the following - shrimp, chicken, fish or pork. The only meat they had available was ground beef! The rice had been cooked well ahead and was dry and tasteless. I can not imagine how this business continues to exist.
