Girl sneezes onto her arm and over the sub being made ahead of me. Should have left then... Foolishly stayed, they couldn't toast 2 BLT subs so proceeded to incinerate them on a dirt/ burnt food covered grill. $35 for 2 subs (extra bacon) NO THANKS!!!

Does not deserve even a single star! A complete garbage service and sandwiches. Never grill your sandwiches at this place. The lady at this place does not even know what service means, completely ridiculous.

Tried to give brown, old lettuce to customer before me, she said fresh please. Made her sub then I ordered and she tried to give me the brown old lettuce too. Uh, no thanks... fresh lettuce please. Gave fresh, and man behind me also asked for the fresh lettuce. She threw it on his sub!
Clerk then, with attitude grabbed two handfuls and dumped it on top of the brown old almost rotting lettuce and said, it's all the same!! I said, people are going to get sick.... she said na, it's all the same!!i
UNBELIEVABLE the brown lettuce was stale, old and looked rotten!!!!!
Was also mumbling whenever spoke, and was tossing the toppings on as was making sub like she had a crappy attitude!!!

Beware of this company! The manager hired me as a trainee, then abruptly dismissed me after just 4 hours/day (24 hours in total), promising to call back but never did. It's clear they're exploiting international students for cheap labour. Sadly, I later discovered I wasn't the first victim of this scam. Avoid this place at all costs; they're serial fraudsters preying on vulnerable individuals seeking work opportunities. Please investigate, Mr. Sub. Prevent future occurrences. I forfeit my payment; prioritize preventing exploitation of others.

Came into this Mr. Sub location on Nov 13th around 2 PM, girl working the counter didn't put on clean gloves, sub making station was not clean put sub paper down in sauce that was already on the counter, and proceeded to make the sub sliding the sub rapper through the sauce on the counter.

Was in a rush so I went through the drive through for two meatball subs. Neither sub had any Marinara sauce on them .. That's a new one for me, yikes.

Staff was friendly and polite; however, the store itself was in very poor condition. The walls, windows and floors were not clean at all, filthy really, made me wonder about the overall cleanliness of the important food prep areas. There is a difference between tidy and clean, this place was neither. Unfortunate, if staff/management are Ok with letting their place look that bad where the customer can see, it is frightening how bad they could let it get where the customer can't see. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident, I will give them another shot in a week or two to see if anything has changed.*Update*Went in again, there was no change. Unfortunate, i chose not to eat there after i saw there was nothing done to clean the walls etc, so I will not be going there again. It's a wonder how a BDC from Mr Sub has not addressed this locations shortfalls.

If they had ZERO stars I would pick that. This place is TERRIBLE!!! They made a mistake on my sub, got mad at me and wouldn’t give me a new sub they scraped the wrong sauce off the bread and veggies and put it back on !!!! Very rude people and terrible service. Then I ordered a drink, didn’t get it then they wanted me to pay again as they said they didn’t charge me. 1 sub 1 drink I paid 18$ and they said they didn’t charge me! I walked out …. They fought with 2 customers before me the lady used her bare arm to hold the guys sub to cut it and he told her that was disgusting and another customer they added on a extra topping charges and she was unaware of why and was mad.
