We ordered alot of subs from here and every sub was on stale bread, missing toppings, no sauce on any subs, asked for 2 to be toasted was not, no salt and pepper which was asked for, pizza sub had no pizza sauce on it, cheese was not melted. Very, very disappointed, I will ever order from them again, it cost alot of money for garbage I give this place a 10 thumbs down 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The worst spicey chicken I’ve ever had. Had to throw half out was like a piece of cardboard. Guy putting it on should’ve seen it was garbage when he cut it in half

Mr Sub is my go to when travelling as we do not have one where we live, we LOVE their subs. Not today, I am very disappointed, the bread was stale, they sure didn’t put much fixing on them. I definitely will not return to this location .

I’m just visiting North Bay, and Mr. Sub really impressed me! The food was fresh, flavourful, and hit the spot. Prices are great and you really get good value for your money. Quick service, clean space, and a satisfying meal all around. I’ll definitely be stopping by again before I leave town!

I travel a lot and always stop a Mr.sub I was very disappointed with this location. The language barrier was very bad, The subs were poorly made. And then they tried to charge me more for an assorted sub saying it was a new premium sub.

Extremely disappointed by this Mr Sub location. The sandwhiches were carelessly assembled by the employees, with insufficient quantites of vegetables and way too much sauce and salt and pepper. The washrooms were disgusting, and the employees did not address the issue when we told them.
Tried to order a sub through the drive thru at 9:30pm… they had shut off all the lights when I got to the speaker…They’re open until 10pm. Such a piss off.

Girl sneezes onto her arm and over the sub being made ahead of me. Should have left then... Foolishly stayed, they couldn't toast 2 BLT subs so proceeded to incinerate them on a dirt/ burnt food covered grill. $35 for 2 subs (extra bacon) NO THANKS!!!
