We came here hoping to enjoy a nice sit down pizza but we were told the dining room was closed. (BTW it says open until 10 for dining on the sign) overall we got a pizza and was good but the service wasn't that good

When u ask for the new yorker and they say its not on menu but they have it..then u ask for for double pepperonni and double cheese and u didnt get what we paid for well lesson learn no wonder its always empty..gave them a chance .but no more..

I had showed up to pick up my order of 2 large online specials. They said it would be 5 minutes more, I had paid online already to save hassle. I sat across from the take out counter for 25 minutes, in that time 5 people came and went pizzas were ready; then the girl looked at me and asked if I had been helped yet. I said yes you told me 5 minute wait 20 minutes ago, oh yes your pizza is ready... this pizza hut has went downhill with the change in ownership over the past few years.

We ordered food for a family dinner, and SOMEHOW we were charged twice. Employee and managers both were argumentative, rude, and crass, AND they hung up on us after being unhelpful. I have NEVER been so disrespected by anyone as I had been during this. I will never order from a pizza hut again and I hope they get what they deserve. And the business closes!

Review for Pizza Hut on Lakeshore

I’ve always loved Pizza Hut—the food is consistently great, and it’s been a go-to in my family for years. But the service I experienced today was honestly disappointing and upsetting.

My mom had placed a pickup order for me, and since I got off work earlier than expected, I popped in to see if it was possibly ready. I would’ve been totally fine if it wasn’t, but the girl who spoke to me was immediately rude. No greeting, no smile, just a dismissive attitude like I was bothering her. I let it go, thinking maybe she was having a rough day.

When I came back a few minutes later to actually pick up the order, an elderly woman came in before me. She had been trying to place an order by phone but couldn’t get through, so she came in hoping to place it at the counter. The young man at the counter told her they’re “not allowed” to answer the phones and that it’s “impossible” to order in person. He insisted she had to use the app. She explained that her phone only calls and texts—she doesn’t know how to use apps. His response lacked any empathy or understanding.

This poor woman was clearly struggling, and no one offered a solution or even a bit of kindness. I was so disturbed by how she was treated that I stayed to help her order from my phone when she came back with her friend.

This experience made me really disappointed in how some people in my generation treat others—especially the elderly. Not everyone grew up with smartphones and apps. There needs to be patience, flexibility, and basic respect, especially in customer service. I truly hope this location considers offering better training or guidelines for how to treat customers, because today was unacceptable.

Pizza Hut, I still love your food—but today, your Lakeshore location let me down.

Got pizza today, pizza was paper thin, undercooked. I got really sick after eating it do not go here. Also waited 30+ minutes for the pizza and there was no one else there

I had a disappointing experience at this location. Unlike other stores in North Bay and Sturgeon Falls, which provide excellent service, this one fell short. After placing our order, we waited nearly half a hour without any update. The staff did not inform us when our food was ready; it was simply left on the counter. When we inquired, we were told we had to collect it ourselves. While I understand self-service policies, a basic level of courtesy such as informing customers when their order is ready would have made a significant difference.

So sad, this place has been in North Bay for so long, I can only guess it is new people running this business. The Service super slow, the oil that was on top of the pizza was so bad, toppings were sparse. They didn't have any salads at all when we were there. The waitress was also complaining about management. Could see the amount of people in the back and only one waitress. The quality of the pizza was the worst I have seen. So disappointed, will be waiting to see the sign outside say CLOSED.

Honestly the worst restaurant service I’ve probably ever had
 made a reservation for 5:30pm the night before, showed up 5 minutes early to make sure I was on time for the reservation. Then waited 15 minutes to be sat down while there was only 5 total tables full in the restaurant. Waited from 5:45 to 6:30 did not even get our drink orders taken in 45 minutes. Watched another couple wait 25 minutes just to pay their bill
. Ended up walking out of the restaurant very disappointed with what this Pizza Hut has become
. Shocked they are still open
