The service at this store is impeccable. I have been to many, many Starbucks in Canada and the staff here are absolutely flawless. They deal with some horrible customers and long queues but are always amazing to deal with no matter what they're going through.

Everytime this place gets busy they mistreat their customers in a very unprofessional manner management clearly isn't doing their job properly half of the complaints are about rude staff. 20 min to get a cold coffee and attitude is not right.... Teach your staff respect and some manners please Next time I will be asking to speak with management.

this place is awesome, i love it here. the staff is always amazing-in particular i’ve noticed brenyn performing above and beyond. Brenyn’s customer service is excellent and they were able to make my day with a quick conversation, efficient service and an incredible attitude. I will be coming back!

Very busy when I went around rush hour, but the drinks and food were delicious and definitely worth the wait.
Stopped in at Starbucks while in North Bay for a volleyball tournament. Wanted to try the new winter Christmas menu. Ordered a grande iced caramel brûlée latte. It was quite delicious came with whipped cream and sprinkles on top.
The store itself was very busy a lot of people waiting for their orders. There were also a lot of tables blocking, making it hard to move and boxes of product that needs to be put away it was kind of messy service was good though.
