Ordered a sub online, they got the whole order wrong, starting from the bread, the veggies , wasn’t even toasted.

Worst place ever. We went there on Sunday around 9pm. The employees were really rude. We were asking for veggie patty and the employee advised you can’t grill the sub and that’s what the so called “MANAGER MADE RULES ARE”. If your customer is asking to grill the sub I don’t know why subway is carrying the griller back in the unit. It’s not the most expensive sub, but we were ordering 3 veggie footlong but the employee denied to grill the sub before we place an order. The drink refrigerator was not working, the bottle drinks were not cool at all.
The staff were the worst so do the services.
Can’t recommend this place, will never visit again.

The best subway in North Bay. They put more than 4 leaves of spinach when you ask for it and when you ask for more they add more than just 2 leaves. They work fast and efficiently as a team. Love coming here. Highly recommend!

Can’t thank the crew at this location enough for making over a dozen different subs for us on Sunday March 2nd. We came in with a list of subs that we needed for an out of town basketball team and the four team members who helped us were fantastic. The staff was calm under pressure as it was during the lunch rush and the food was fresh. Thanks again!

My husband went and got me a salad today. He brought it back home, I shook it up. I took a bite and there was a HAIR. That’s normal but I kept looking and found not two but three hairs. I was really excited to eat my salad. Let’s just say not anymore. Can we make sure the staff are wearing hairnets.. because although hair isn’t a big problem.. in food it is.

food is great and most of the workers are fabulous!!!! although theres this one older woman that is very rude everytime i go. today they were out of most things which i understand being shorted on items and such i work in fast food. although im not sure why i was interrupted when i was asking for an italian bmt to say “nope i dont have ham, you can do a turkey and cheese”. me already having difficult experiences with her just simply replied “that’s fine i’ll go to another subway” this lady is constantly an issue for me and i don’t understand cuz everyone else there is so patient and nice. hopefully as a fully grown woman she will fix her attitude towards others.
