This place is great! good food everytime awesome workers always smiling, and with A&W McDonald's and Tim's falling down the drain this is getting to be the only affordable nice place to eat. Great stuff from this place always, I will be returning hungry for more!

This subway was very clean and I appreciate its size and public washrooms. When I first entered the store I was warmly greeted and told where the washrooms were by one of the staff when I asked. The sandwich maker that made my sub was very sweet, understanding of dietary preferences, kind and made an excellent sub. If my review of service was based solely on her and the first gentlemen who led me to the bathrooms I would have given it a 5. My girlfriend and daughter were not as lucky. My GF was served by a different gentlemen who wouldn't give her more than a couple shreds of extra lettuce when she asked him for 3 times. He also gave my GF a hard time as she was prompted to pay for her order before her daughter had finished her sub and when her 10 year old daughter asked for avocado the gentlemen spoke pretty harshly to her daughter telling her that now they would have to ring through the whole order again and that it was a big waste of their time. My GF had no problem paying the balance owing in cash after and didn't understand the big deal. This shouldn't have been such a scene for something that I'm sure is a common occurrence. I can understand that we all have bad days but this really soured the experience for everyone. Customer service is paramount and why my overall review is low.

This is the best subway I’ve ever been to! Thank you to alyssa tonight for making it such a valuable experience. She is such a sweet girl with amazing customer service and the prettiest smile you’d ever see! She does amazing at her job, she is so committed to her sandwich making! You can feel the joy within your food. “sandwich artist” is an understatement, this girl is a legendary sandwich artist and she knows what she is doing! Someone give this girl a raise!!!! And a permotion. She made my day today. It’s crazy what you think is just be a girl working at subway will make a beautiful difference in your day .

This location holds its own amongst the hustle and bustle of North Bay's fast food offerings. The staff are fast, efficient, and friendly. The food is as good as you can expect from a fast food chain.

If you want quick service, good food and redpectable prices, I'd say it's hard to miss with the Sherriff Subway.

Worst place ever. We went there on Sunday around 9pm. The employees were really rude. We were asking for veggie patty and the employee advised you can’t grill the sub and that’s what the so called “MANAGER MADE RULES ARE”. If your customer is asking to grill the sub I don’t know why subway is carrying the griller back in the unit. It’s not the most expensive sub, but we were ordering 3 veggie footlong but the employee denied to grill the sub before we place an order. The drink refrigerator was not working, the bottle drinks were not cool at all.
The staff were the worst so do the services.
Can’t recommend this place, will never visit again.
