Stopped here for a couple of subs for dinner. Stayed in North Bay for a volleyball tournament. The store was not very busy. The washrooms were clean. Service was quick however they were very skimpy on the toppings and the bread was little bit hard. overall what you’d expect from Subway, but I had to keep asking for extra lettuce and onions to sort of fill the sub I didn’t realize the bread was hard till I got it back to the hotel.

Used to be a good sub shop, however the last few times I have been there they reall skimp on the toppings. Ask for more and they ignore you. They even have the napkins hidden and don't want to give you any. Won't be returning.

I went to the bathroom and there was NO wet floor caution sign so I ended up slipping and when I tried to tell the worker she was stand off ish and all I can think is what if an elderly person slipped and they really hurt themselves. I would like to talk to someone about this

DO NOT EAT HERE - I recently ordered food from here three meatball subs and a couple turkeys. I specifically asked them to make the subs dry so that my subs were not soggy on my drive home, which the team members gladly helped with. However when I got home and assembled my subs more than half of the meatballs were hard as a rock! Understandably I was upset as this was the bulk of my food order and all the meatball subs were for my kids. I contacted the store as I do understand that stuff happens, but it is the blatant disregard for my concerns is the reason for my comment. The staff member straight up told me that they do not sell hard meatballs, and asked me if i thew them out and or if i could BRING THEM IN? I am located an hour away! Kept telling me I didn't get them at his location. (I at least once a week get subs at a different location and NEVER have this issue) I have called back three times as I was there on Tuesday and I am still waiting on the Manager to contact me! WITH NO RESPONCE. I would not waste your money going here as they do not serve fresh food!

Very solid subway branch convenient on the side of the road and if you need gas there that as well, the food is always good it’s subway you get what you pay for so it’s good food for about 15$. The service is good but not amazing they’re very nice people but sometimes get something wrong and mistakes do happen. As for the atmosphere it’s a normal subway restraunt attached to a gas station store. All and all a decent subway would recommend to stop at this location if your in the area and need to stop somewhere or if you live around town this ain’t a bad subway to grab lunch form

Worst subway experience… paid almost $21 something for bmt. Lady charged almost 5 extra for changing ham to turkey. Others usually charge $1 or sometimes nothing…
always a pleasure to go here! specifically jaldhi! she always loads up my subs with tonssss of parmasean :) would reccomend!

I had an excellent experience at Subway thanks to Vraj. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Not only was my sub made perfectly, but he also greeted me with the best smile. it instantly made my day better. You can tell he genuinely enjoy what he do. The ingredients were fresh, the store was clean, and the whole experience was top-notch. Great service like this definitely keeps me coming back!
