Been going here since 2017 before each hockey game. Always been fantastic. Recently has gone downhill since new ownership. Everything tastes watered down and the refuse to stuff such a put shredded chicken in my rice bowl even though I’ve been getting that done at every other subway. I can’t have any of the other chickens due to gluten, hence the reason I’m getting a rice bowl to begin with. Extremely disappointed, please take your business elsewhere!Dietary restrictions: Refused to put shredded chicken (only non gluten chicken) in my rice bowl. I have celiacs.

Since the new owners this location on pinewood park has been gone down hill fast went there tonight Jan 22/2023, my wifes sub was squished, falling apart and had maybe a drop of sauce, my tuna sub was squished and had the 2 of the smallest scoupes of tuna smeered onto a 12" sub with as little sauce on it as possible. Needless to say if you wanna pay $20+ for subs and get ripped off and still be hungry this is the place for you

Brutal employee tonight.He was very very rude, OPEN sign was on, we showed up 20 minutes before close to order a sub for takeout and he refused to serve us.
