I went there to get my skip order , the workers were so rude not smiling , even with other customers they were behaving as if they were forced to take orders no manners of please or thankyou what so ever , food is great but the people in service are highly arrogant

Ordered through delivery service. Probably the worst sub l,ever. Bun was dry and stale,and very few toppings,which I tend to think werent fresh.Other subway locations make excellent subs,not this location. Will never order from this location again.

If I could leave half a star I would I use to go here frequently on my lunch break during school and here for dinner some days but after the service I had with one subway sandwich artist tonight i just wonât be back. Tried to tell me they couldnât cook the bacon but they could put it on my sandwich cold ( eww gross ) & when I asked why it couldnât be done their reply was sorry I canât warm it up takes to long ( it takes .30seconds on the machine behind him ) & if itâs about not wanting to clean it after one customer that just proves this establishment isnât willing to do anything for the customer or their sandwich⌠personally not worth taking your business too. Drive to the one near airport ! You wonât be disappointed!!!! 1000%
Oh and too top of this long review my apologies I went to pay cash they attempted to deny and tried to say I couldnât have my sandwichâs (2) 45$CAD as it was too close to closing time (10pm) & it was (9:35/8pm) as he made my sandwich (9:49) by the time I went to pay. If ur attempting to close a half hour early maybe this establishment should change their hours again. Or re evaluate their location.

The sub was fine, but definitely skip the foot long cookie. I thought it would be fun to try as a dessert to split with my partner, but they do not seem to know how to cook it. When I first got it and took a look, I wondered why it was so short, but then I realized that it was because the dough was raw and had just fallen down on itself as I carried it to the car. I took it back in and asked for one that was actually cooked, he just took the one I had and ârecookedâ it, which was like 20 seconds in their oven. He told me to wait 10-15 minutes and it would be perfect. I was skeptical and encouraged another round in the ovenâŚhe told me if he did that it would be over cooked.
âŚit was still raw, even after we waited. It was not edible and ended up in the trash.
