If I could leave half a star I would I use to go here frequently on my lunch break during school and here for dinner some days but after the service I had with one subway sandwich artist tonight i just won’t be back. Tried to tell me they couldn’t cook the bacon but they could put it on my sandwich cold ( eww gross ) & when I asked why it couldn’t be done their reply was sorry I can’t warm it up takes to long ( it takes .30seconds on the machine behind him ) & if it’s about not wanting to clean it after one customer that just proves this establishment isn’t willing to do anything for the customer or their sandwich… personally not worth taking your business too. Drive to the one near airport ! You won’t be disappointed!!!! 1000%
Oh and too top of this long review my apologies I went to pay cash they attempted to deny and tried to say I couldn’t have my sandwich’s (2) 45$CAD as it was too close to closing time (10pm) & it was (9:35/8pm) as he made my sandwich (9:49) by the time I went to pay. If ur attempting to close a half hour early maybe this establishment should change their hours again. Or re evaluate their location.

The sub was fine, but definitely skip the foot long cookie. I thought it would be fun to try as a dessert to split with my partner, but they do not seem to know how to cook it. When I first got it and took a look, I wondered why it was so short, but then I realized that it was because the dough was raw and had just fallen down on itself as I carried it to the car. I took it back in and asked for one that was actually cooked, he just took the one I had and “recooked” it, which was like 20 seconds in their oven. He told me to wait 10-15 minutes and it would be perfect. I was skeptical and encouraged another round in the oven…he told me if he did that it would be over cooked.
…it was still raw, even after we waited. It was not edible and ended up in the trash.

food was really great but the a skinny boy with beard was very unwelcoming and rude to us. We came in tried to order a sub but then he was ignoring us and didn't even inform us of any deals when asked. you should replace a guy like that or just tell him to not do racism.
Stopped by at the subway during my break to get A Chimichuri FT veggie Sub.The price on the menu board was $11.89 but when I went to make a payment they charged me $14.39. When I told them that the price is different and it supposed to be fixed. They said they can’t do anything in the system. Ended up paying $2.50 more for No reason. Check the price before you place the order. Misleading, deceiving and ripping off customers

Went in tonight to get my dad and son subs the girl that made the subs was rude to me and when i got the subs back to the house they were mangled she squeezed them so tight while rolling them in the paper they no longer looked like subs and there were finger holes in the buns from the pressure she put on them it looked so gross that they couldnt be eaten and if i hadnt been 25 mins away i would have went back and made her remake them, not the first time this employee has done this either when i got a flat bread sub she rolled it up and all my stuff came out the sides shes just out right rude and should not deal with the public!
