Ordered a Veggie Patty with extra sauce but got no sauce at all. The sandwich was dry, tasted terrible, and staff denied the mistake when I called. Very disappointing.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I ordered a steak & avocado rice bowl for delivery, and it arrived with clearly no steak and no avocado. Just all my toppings and a sad amount of rice. When I called to get a replacement or a refund, not only did they make us drive out to the store and then refuse to remake or refund it, but they acted like we were scamming or lying to them the whole time. Incompetence at its finest, folks.
(I added 4 leaves of lettuce to it before mixing it up and noticing the mistake, so it looked even more sad and underfilled before :( see photo)

Every time when I have to order here I always regrets afterwards. I never get my order the way I ordered.
Ordered a 6inch instead of a footlong by accident. Doordash called them and asked to make it a footlong. They said because they already made it they wouldn’t do it. All they had to do was make another 6 inch of the same thing. What poor customer service.
The two ladies working at subway on main street at lunch time on tuesday were amazing and super friendly. Thanks for the delicious subs ladies!

Today,I had a great experience at Subway recently. The place was clean, the ingredients were fresh, and the overall service was smooth—but what really made my visit stand out was the exceptional service from one of the staff members. I asked for her name because she was so kind and helpful, and she smiled and replied but i forget her name , so sorry for that.
she was incredibly cooperative while making my sub, patiently listening to my preferences and making sure everything was just the way I liked it. Her service was truly excellent—much better than others working alongside her. She always greets me with a warm smile, and that personal touch makes a big difference. Thank you for your services and I would love to come back again and again.
I ordered veggie patty sub and ask specially to toasted it but i got extra chipotle sauce falling
out from sub and too salty taste .Its really disappointing food

Asked the employee for extra onions and buddy said NO! Said there was a standard amount for that sub (great Canadian club)
I called the store to speak with the manager and same employee hung up on me mid speech. 🤬😡 Piss poor customer service I can think of at least three other places to spend my twenty bucks at next time.

The fountain pop machine was down so I bought a bottled pop and then they refused to give me a cup. Didn’t realize they are so cheap they can’t afford to give a cup when their machine is broken.
