DOESN'T even deserve a 1 star! Owner of this location needs to fix the drive through and parking lot!!! Spend money on fixing your business! And send all your employees for proper training!! DONT RECOMMEND this location!!

Disappointed with Poor Service and Constant Stock Issues

This Tim Hortons location is consistently a letdown, especially during morning hours. Despite being a full-sized store, they seem completely unable to handle the usual morning rush. The wait times are long, the service feels disorganized, and to make things worse—they're almost always out or dont have ready the essential breakfast items like hashbrowns, bacon, sausage, or even eggs.

It’s incredibly frustrating when you stop in hoping for a basic breakfast only to be told they’re out of one or more items. What’s even more baffling is that they’ve converted the entire dine-in area into storage space. You’d think that extra room would help them operate more efficiently, but it clearly hasn’t improved anything.

There’s no excuse for a location of this size to be so poorly managed. Definitely not the Tim Hortons experience you'd expect.

The drive thru is horrible, they can’t take a day to fill in the holes.. you have to say “hello” when you pull up for them to know you are there bc they won’t fix the intercom. And they never have the items you want, it’s always out of stock. The staff is great and super friendly but the owner needs to fix things for the drive thru. horrible.

They make you STAND in line 20 minutes to wait for wrong order, then wait however long to have them fix their mistakes, no seating for your wait either.... I can go on with so much more but hopefully just this will be enough to get their act together.

I keep trying this particular Tims, it’s frustrating to keep trying something knowing it won’t ever come out right, I’m deciding to write a review based on my last 3 visits where not one has gone well, 1st I ordered a tea, bag in with one milk , the lady got my order wrong, proceeded to argue with me and tell me how to order, now I don’t think ordering a tea which I’ve done for about 20 yrs is difficult. 2 and 3 are both based on bagels , I’ve ordered two bagels, 1 about a month ago that had so little cream cheese the bagel was dry, today there was so much cream cheese stuck in the hole of the bagel , it had to be 2 tablespoons worth with none on the actual bagel, now I can spread it with my finger, but the point I’m trying to make is that I pay for that service so I don’t have to use my bare , dirty fingers on my food! This is not something that is going to get better. Besides that it surrounded by questionable people all the time with the bathrooms locked, working on the road leaves few places to use the bathroom, I’ll be sure to not come back to this Tim Hortons!

I came through drive thru this morning. The lady and young gentleman were working really hard and well together. My coffees and food were made right. It was a good experience.

The last three times I’ve gone they’ve messed up my order. The first time I received a plain bagel missing the cream cheese, the second I received the wrong donut and the last time they put the bare minimum amount of cream cheese on HALF my bagel. Extremely annoyed and disappointed. It really shouldn’t be that hard to do your job especially when no other customers are there…

horrible service every time im there, always messing up orders/spilling and dropping drinks while passing them in the drive thru and just poor customer service when approached kindly about an order mix up. i asked for a farmers breakfast sandwich and got a wrap so i asked for a sandwich which i was charged for and they made me another wrap. horrible. i see people working with food without gloves on through the window.

the worst customer service i have ever experienced at a tim hortons. the other evening me and my friend visited this tim hortons and a lady was there named sarah it seemed that she didn’t wanted to take our order i asked if i could order something and she gave me a horrible look and then they gave me the wrong size for all my coffees ( i order 5 drinks) she was even not ready to give me my receipt. All my coffees tasted just so bad…they don’t know how to make a tiramisu. i was not satisfied with my food as well.. overall such a bad experience. the worst team ever! they ruined my coffee time with my friends.
