Nov 9th/25 staff on the evening shift did such a great job of handling being short staffed. They were both diligent, caring and did a great job.The amount of preasure they must of been enduring, they kept their cool and composure.Good job Drive Thru gents and rest of the team if anyone was in the back!

The girl with the phoenix tattoo on her neck is so cute and sweet. She displayed genuine professional customer service behavior during my visit

Was just here, at 1:45p the from worker was being unnecessarily rude to a customer ordering Tim bits. The staff was huffing, raising her voice, and not listening. It was really uncomfortable to see.

I went there last week and ordered a frozen lemonade and a hashbrown when they gave me my frozen lemonade the man said it wouldn’t be too long for my hash brown….. 20 minutes later still no sign of my hashbrown my friend asked how long it would be till my hashbrown he said 4 minutes ish… 15 minutes later still no sign. All of the sudden I hear a voice saying “there’s no more hashbrowns don’t sell them” no one came and told me and I was late to get back to school so I had to leave and I didn’t get a refund. worst experience.

I am confused. Is steeped tea supposed to be steeming hot, hot, warm, tepid or cold. I am never sure anymore from many Tim Hortons but today mine here was warm, last visit it was room temperature replaced with almost hot. Others tend to vary somewhere in between. I alway thought tea was meant to be served hot enough you needed a sleeve. Do any Tim Hortons serve steeped tea like this. I can't seem to find many that do. Lakeshore and Marshall Tim's does so on an occasional basis. So can someone tell me what is the correct temp for steeped tea?

I ordered two breakfast sandwiches a iced coffee and an apple fritter while the food was fine the service was horrible it seemed they're much to preoccupied with making sure there drive through time is down while the in-store service is left to wait over 20 minutes for a simple order

They did not have anything we ask for extra sugar then they said we did not have it, then we ask for oreo mocha then they said we did not have it, even they serve the other customers first instead of us. We are waiting here from 30 minutes just only for coffee. They are so cheap....and greeting cutsomers very badly and worst services i have ever seen i have at tim hortons. I am pissed.
