Store was missing all cup sizes but two alongside most beverages and food items, the staff are amazing and work really hard but the management is very incompetent unfortunately, could be a great store under new ownership and management

Great place for coffee meet up with your friends. I went there with my friends and the team member (Komal ) helped me to choose and customise my drink . She is friendly and treated us well .
absolutely horrible, incredibly slow and cannot understand the simplest of tasks of putting bacon on a bagel. couldnt even get my food because it took them 10 minutes to even take my order and i had to open my store, absolutely ridiculous

The worst place as its so hot inside the store. I think the owner and the manager is saving some pennies by not turning on their air conditioning. Cheap tricks. Do something better for your customers and employees.

No Air conditioning or fans in the restaurant making it way to hot for the staff who are often clearly strained. Doctors office right upstairs closed for multiple days due to air conditioning failing and it being too hot, it’s ironic..

Great service! I always order in my drinks through the mobile app and the team is always quick to get it made. Only 4 stars because it's almost July and it's so hot in the store. It's a small location and its very uncomfortable to even order so I cannot imagine what workers are going through.

I asked for a lg 3c 2s and if they could get it from a blue pot and they made my coffee from a dead pot. Tim hortons says 20 mins fresh. If it is from a pot that is blinking red. If the pot blinks red it is dead. I am not happy at the fact she just disregarded what I asked. Shame cause she could of made a 5$ tip.
The last 5 months or so, it's become so slow. Used to be the fastest one in town.
