"I visited Tim Hortons today Jan 3rd and ordered a large coffee, but it wasn't filled completely. The girl who took my order had a fair complexion and seemed a bit rude while serving. I feel she doesn't deserve this job if she can't provide good service. I hope you take this feedback seriously." You guys have to trained the girls properly how to take order or serve. I will be never back to tim Hortons in Northgate.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. The staff was uncooperative and rude when I pointed out that my order was wrong. Instead of offering help, they spoke to me in an angry tone. It's frustrating when customer service is so poor, and it really ruined my visit. I expected better from such a well-known brand.

Whoever is in charge of staffing at this location should be ashamed of themselves. Every time I'm here on the weekend there is a huge line of people because there is only ever 2 people working. Those same 2 people are preparing the food and handling the money. Stop being cheap and have another person with them! There is definitely the demand for it.

Me and my staff always come here daily the baker Tammy I believe her name is always is amazing at making sure all the food is stocked and everything is delicious even with it being a very busy location always a decent selection. Kaitlyn and staff are always great to my staff with anything coffee or tea is always hot and made quickly so we can get back to our stores ASAP thanks so much for you hard work guys!!

We grab our coffee here every morning and multiple times a day most days. The morning crew there is top tier - Naturally being in the mall they get extremely busy before the mall opens. They work as a team, make conversation with you while you're waiting. Kaitlyn, Sue, and Sherry consistently recognize their regular customers and always make our drinks perfectly.
