No Air conditioning or fans in the restaurant making it way to hot for the staff who are often clearly strained. Doctors office right upstairs closed for multiple days due to air conditioning failing and it being too hot, it’s ironic..

Great service! I always order in my drinks through the mobile app and the team is always quick to get it made. Only 4 stars because it's almost July and it's so hot in the store. It's a small location and its very uncomfortable to even order so I cannot imagine what workers are going through.

I asked for a lg 3c 2s and if they could get it from a blue pot and they made my coffee from a dead pot. Tim hortons says 20 mins fresh. If it is from a pot that is blinking red. If the pot blinks red it is dead. I am not happy at the fact she just disregarded what I asked. Shame cause she could of made a 5$ tip.

Here is my beef! This Timmies is open the same hours as the mall but you cannot order anything from the app after 2:30pm! Makes zero sense! No reason to not be able to order a beverage ahead of time so I'm not spending my lunch waiting for a drink in a long line.

I go to this Tim Hortons often the workers here are absolutely lovely, always greeting myself and others, they make the food delicious and as quick as they can. It's very busy Tim Hortons they work very hard. By far my favorite one to go to.
