Not really a Tim Horton's but an Aramark selling Tim's under license. So with that fact in mind, one can understand that Aramark sells low quality cafeteria food for high prices and they are everywhere. Service quality depends on the day and whose working. Bottled beverages are cheaper in the gift store. They don't accept Tim cards or 50's. Menu computers rarely work and do not list prices for all items. Service speed would improve if people stopped pretending they're at Starbucks.

Over priced, horrible service, not even sure its a real tim horton’s. Definetly a hospital tax. Save yourself. Pack a lunch.
