This morning November 19th 2025 I whent to this time Horton on Drury st north bay ordered and clicked the activation button for a bagel belt and muffin included for 5.49, I added a lrg reg with milk so a few dollars extra for the coffee when I got to the pay station in tye drive thru the bill was 10.06 so either this tim Hortons is ripping the public off and or their computer system 8s not working as I activated this erea and paid way to much as per my app on phone for Tim Hortons this will be reported to the head office just wanted to let the manager know and the guy at the ll window said sorry my system dosnt do that notnsure why its not saying less he apologized and gave me my receipt .

Previous review was five stars as follows. The turkey club sandwich is very good especially after adding cheddar cheese. The chocolate chunk cookie is definitely decadent.
Today I purchased my favorite turkey club with cheddar. After several bites while driving I couldn't get over how off the sandwich tasted. I checked out the sandwich and the lettuce was all wilted and full of either bug bites or black holes. The attached photo is just a sample. The rest of the ingredients were the usual top quality. Serving such bad lettuce at a Tim should never happen. Tim is the brand you should feel assured (usually) that you get top quality ingredients.

Got a damn egg shell in my breakfast wrap, ain’t no way. Felt an extra crunch and it ain’t no hash brown. Inspected it and yea eggshell up in there. Come on people.

The staff at this location demonstrated unprofessional and unethical behavior. The employee taking orders initially directed customers to form a single line but later changed the order sequence at her own discretion, causing confusion. I would prefer to visit other Tim Hortons locations in the future rather than returning to this one.

This store was out of wraps and had no muffins. How do you expect to get people to come back if you do not have a product that are your main staples. Will not be returning to this Hortons again.
Restaurant has been upgraded and looks clean and fresh. Donuts have an oily taste

Waited over 5 mins in drive through and didn’t even get served. Not one car in front of me moved. Ended up backing up and leaving without ordering!!! On a Sunday night!!!!

I was traveling late at night. Tim Hortons was the only place open. I really wanted a sandwich. I had gotten a BLT at another Tim Hortons. It was excellent. I was even humming as I ate it, it was so good. It was loaded with stuff. I was hoping for another one here. I was sadly mistaken. It wasn't heated. It barely had ANY MEAT AT ALL on it. One strip of bacon and a piece of lettuce with one tomato. That was it. It was such a a let down. I won't go back there.

Seymour is now The Worst location in North Bay - for wait time, regardless of day of the week.
Deducted all stars from previous post (6 months ago) This location has become the slowest location so far in North Bay.
Waited 20 minutes (out of 30 min lunch break) from the moment I ordered a Tea (no food) to getting up to the pick up window. Only 3 cars in front of me. I don't rant or post reviews often, if at all, but this one review (from 6 months ago) to-date shows how bad the wait times have become this Tim Horton location.
