Service was pretty slow this time, had to wait longer than usual. Also, the coffee didn’t taste quite the same ..something felt off. Hopefully just a onetime thing, but not the best experience today.

Good stuff! My iced coffee tasted a bit too watered down. Maybe less ice?
-forgot our tomatoes on the BLT... -person taking orders had a hard time understanding what we wanted and he didn't know the product -WHERE is THE GRILLED CHEESE WITH BACON...best thing on the menu and now its gone and replaced by pizza...its tims not a pizza place...will not order pizza. that's my way of protesting... -will say this is the first time there is an issue except for no more grilled cheese and bacon and that is head quarters problem.....we stop here on the way and back to Timmins...many times year...11 people working...fast service...It's the best Tims we have ever been to!

Employees were fast and friendly. Washrooms were clean and stocked.
I’ve been here 5 times recently getting a hot chocolate each time. Every time I go I get a hot chocolate that’s 99% water no hot chocolate powder. Getting fed up with it by time I take my first sip I’m already half way home and no other Tim Hortons around. I don’t know how the staff handing these out doesn’t notice a clear hot chocolate going out the window before putting a lid on it but to me a paying customer it seems they couldn’t care less. I call to complain about this and nobody answers it rings and rings. Don’t go here go to a different Tim Hortons there’s one 10minutes in every direction it will save you the hassle of poor service and even worse drinks.

Good wraps but everything else was awful, service was slow and rude, the line went all the way outside, there were flies everywhere and everyone ahead of us were shaking their heads as they left. One star is only for the wraps, EVERYTHING else was ZERO. EDIT: It has been about 6 hours since I ate the wrap and I have very bad diarrhea… I take back what I said about the food, they clearly aren’t using fresh ingredients if it’s making people sick.
