My husband and I ordered 2 coffees. 1 small dark roast dd and medium dd. Both were absolutely disgusting. Mine was black his had a tsp of cream and no sugar. We were traveling didn't know until we were on the road. How hard is it to push a button TWICE !!!!!!

Extremely disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons ! I asked for a simple macchiato, but was told they don't serve it. I then asked for a mocha, only to be met with the same response. What's even more baffling is that they claimed to only serve ice caps.Its shocking that they don't offer basic coffee drinks which other Tim’s offer. Inefficiency at its highest. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone.

Great service I always go to this location. Great smile great service today. I went to a different location on castles for my order and on my way home I decided to walked in this location asking them to fix what The other location screwed up and they did it with no problem surely appreciate the caring spirit at this location. Keep up the good work.
I ordered a chicken bacon wrap without tomatoes because I am allergic. The woman who handed me the wrap was very kind and stated that it did not have any tomatoes, like I asked. Because she said this, I did not inspect the wrap, but as I began to eat it, I noticed there was indeed tomaotes. This was the most careless service I have ever had. I trusted that my meal would be tomato-free but ended up throwing up my entire meal. They need to take better care in ensuring that their customers are getting the correct food they have ordered. You are very lucky I am not anaphylactic, or this could have been way more urgent and serious. Please, do better.
