Slower then a frozen slug in January. The slowest tim Hortons in the entire world waited 28 min in a drive through. 20 min to place order. 8 min to get to window. Amd then had to wait 4 min to get the wraps I ordered because they some how cant anticipate or pay attention the hash browns getting low. So they wait till they run out to make more. Even worse if you avoid drive through and go in. Its even longer wait. Not recommend..it would be faster to drive to a different tim Hortons then to go to this one.

Extremely disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons in North Bay. I went there around 12:30 AM (19th Oct 2025), expecting service from their so-called 24-hour drive-thru, but it was closed yet again — this is the third time in just a few days! What made it worse was that the guy inside was clearly there, wearing AirPods and scrolling on his phone, completely ignoring customers outside. He didn’t even come to the window or respond when I waited. If the location isn’t truly open 24 hours, they should update their hours instead of misleading people. This kind of behavior is lazy, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable, especially for a brand like Tim Hortons.

Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. After placing a simple order for one coffee in the drive-thru, I ended up stuck waiting nearly 20 minutes. Not once did staff apologize for the excessive delay or acknowledge how long customers were being held up. Instead, they blamed it on being short-staffed and large orders ahead, but that doesn’t excuse the poor management or lack of customer care.

What made it worse was that I was still expected to pay full price, as if nothing had happened. A small gesture, like a discount or even a sincere apology, would have gone a long way. Because of this, I was late for my baseball game — all over something that should have taken two minutes.

If this location can’t keep up with basic service, they need to rethink how they manage their drive-thru and how they treat customers. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Aug 29 2025 drive thru about 825am
All Boston cream donuts should be server BOXED. This was a messy disappointment . Pic is a 1000 words. NEVER BAG AND COVER WITH PAPER. When will Canadian Maple donuts be comming back?

Honestly, it's pretty refreshing to visit this location. Over the past 5-10 years, customer service has basically been forgotten about, but a lot of the staff here are friendly, talkative, remember your previous order to ask you if that's what you're getting again, and have fast service. The drive through can move pretty slow, but inside always seems to be consistent. There's an older gentleman with a goatee who is particularly good at this location.

Went there, was told 2.37$ for a XL Darkroast black coffee, asked for 2 plains timbits at the window for my dogs, was charged 6.48$. Not sure what happened but i was just passing through on the way to the truck rodeo, and i'm not an argumentative kind of person, so i didnt go back to argue over 4$ but 2 timbits do not cost 4.11$. Perhaps im to blame because i thought i heard her say 6.48$ at the window, but i thought i just misheard her and when she came back with 2 plain timbits i figured i definitely just misheard her. These mistakes shouldn't happen though.
