This location always has really friendly workers and I've never had an order go wrong here. It can be busy at certain times, being a hub for people travelling in/out of town and commuting, but it always seems to be well-staffed and if there's an extra long order in the drive-thru they'll ask that vehicle to park and bring it out to them to help keep the line moving. I just had the most delightful experience at Tim Hortons today! After a long wait, I finally enjoyed my favorite bagel, and I must say, the staff did an exceptional job toasting it with butter. I've been to other locations before, but none compared to this one. The peppermint tea, enhanced with just a spoonful of honey, was fantastic! Thank you so much for making my visit so memorable!

I live in Callander and hit this location more than once a day. Fast, Friendly and probably the most efficient fast food service I've ever received. At this point they know my voice so when I don't get what I normally order they say "no bagel today", It makes me giggle. This gives me a sense of community not just a number. Always pleasant.
