My friends and family all collectively agree on the poor service at this location. My order was forgotten about after the staff let me order something with an ingredient they were out of. The manager was extremely rude to the other staff making it unpleasant for all the customers in the store. She was yelling at everyone working there and stressing them out. I have been here several times and this manager has been yelling. I don't care if she knows what she's doing and is a good worker, she is contributing to this mayhem by verbally attacking other workers and scolding them for mistakes. This is not a cohesive working environment and if I worked here I would quit immediately. I asked them about my order that was forgotten about and they proceeded to ask me to wait and helped everyone else that joined the line after me get their food. I was last priority regardless of the ingredient being restocked. I was waiting for my wrap for 25 minutes and was late to my appointment. This is unacceptable. Two of the staff looked sorry for me and tried to apologize but I didn't mind. I was too upset about being late it was more frustrating that the issue wasn't delt with before other customers who ordered 10-15 minutes after me. The worst part was having to listen to this aggressive and extremely rude manager.

Im not one to make complaints but the staff here at this particular location are incredibly rude, especially the manager. I thought I'd give this location a second chance. Big mistake on my part. Management is rude to staff and customers. Staff also get upset when you order something that requires more work on their part. I refuse to spend money at this location ever again. I would give zero stars if it were an option. I also am going to make a formal complaint to Tim Hortons.

This was probably the grossest tim Hortons I've ever been to. Everything was dirty and the heavy set guy serving me fingered the honey as he was pouring it into my cup before wiping it on his shirt. I also asked for a cup of water and this guy grabs it from the sink in the back that another girl was washing dishes at, comes from the tap regardless so no stress but it's weird that's where he decided to get it instead of from the tap right next to him at the front.

Just to state again. THE PLACE WAS FILTHY YALL. I'm no clean freak but jfc.

I was at this location yesterday,
The service was so slow, it's easy to see that the employees hate their jobs by the way we, the customers, are treated there. Beginning with how rude they were when I mentionned the order was wrong, followed by the eye rolling and even after they replaced the order it was still wrong! Another thing,
this location is so filthy and the women's bathroom is disgusting!! I walked in there and walked right out, there was NO WAY I was using that dirty bathroom!

I really want to like this location, especially due to convenience, but I find myself going out of my way to drive to any other location. Not only does this location seem to always be out of items (and basic stuff like chili, biscuits for breakfast sandwiches, bacon on some occasions, etc) but they also notoriously forget items. On the days where I'm in a rush and stop by here to pick up breakfast, it's always either a donut missing, no hashbrowns for 2 COMBOS etc, and the wait makes no sene for even simple item like a toasted bagel.

I don't know what the issue is but they would do a better job of doing inventory and accounting for what people are going to order so they stop running out of basic stuff, but also double checking orders.

The worst location in north bay. My partner and I will drive the extra distance to go somewhere else than go here. Staff are very rude, food is sloppy, not in stock, or made wrong. Drinks are made incorrectly 90% of the time. Some of the staff (the bigger guy especially) talks to the customers as if we are the bane of their existence and gives so much attitude when taking orders or working window. Or they don't say anything at all and practically throw your items at you.

I always give everyone a smile, have a nice day, thank you, etc and I'm usually met with grunts, exasperated sighs, eye rolls, etc. Only a few times has someone been genuinely nice when I've gone here.

I get that working fast food is tough mentally as I worked at tims for 5 years, but seriously? At least TRY to be a decent person and not take your frustrations out on customers who are just trying to get by like everyone else.

Ice capp machine is always broken here and employees are rude employees are still rude and garbage all over the place guess management doesn’t care about the level of service they give here.

Went through drive through today Saturday Sept 28/24. Ordered chicken Caesar wrap which use to be cold wrap. Today I get a chicken bacon wrap with some sort of sauce on it, and warmed! tasted horribly, so I threw out. Decided to drink my coffee and it was like drinking triple milk in it.
Seriously can you please get people working there that knows how to listen to customers and their orders. Coffee went down the sink. Thanks for the lunch I paid for and never got to eat or drink. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Listen I get it it's fast food, but I waited 7 minutes in line because it seems like 90% of the resources are sent to the drive-thru and skip the dishes with 6 people in front of me to order in which I had to say hello to the person at the register just to know they were ready to take the order, then another 10 mins for my coffee and sandwich. The young guy messed up a simple double double and my sandwich was pretty much an insult to the end of it I dont think I'll be going back.

I love making an order and getting to guess what part of my order will have random substitutions and changes. But why should I worry since they always put a little note saying "sorry we are out of X" so I guess i'll just eat that note instead of the food I paid for.
