Worst experience i ever had sonce i start going over ther for so many years ....ive being waiting at the cash to order and not even hi sorry i will be woth you being ignore and no one when to take my order even after 10 min this was my last time i go there

This Tim HORTONS ALWAYS HAS AN ISSUE!! No donuts !! Can t get an item!! Can t use debit machine..worse one i ve used

Went there this morning to grab a coffee and a muffin before work did not realize that they open at five got there at 4:45 they proceeded to ask me what I wanted over the drive-through and then there was nobody there which I found was odd so I went up to the window and two ladies in there working never looked at me never even acknowledge that I was there. I sat there right till 5 o’clock. They took another person‘s order behind me, opened the window and asked me what I wanted. I said I placed my order she said ma’am we don’t open till five. I said well you could’ve let me know that so I can’t get my coffee now. She said I guess I can give you your coffee. What did you want as she was very aggressively speaking that is not the way I want to start my day? I did not know that they opened at five. They could’ve just opened the window and said hey ma’am sorry we don’t open till five. Could you pull up and come in and grab your coffee instead of being so rude totally ruined my morning I will never stop there again.

If I could give a 0 star I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Tim’s. They didn’t give me the receipt when asked for it. Burnt coffee and a bagel with cream cheese that I had to pay extra for with a touch of cream cheese. Please fix this issue as this time has drastically gone downhill.
Cashier was a bit rude, but it's fine. I don't go to atim Hortons often and I asked for a cream cheese bagel. The cashier asked which kind of bagel like i was dumb for not knowing that there were multiple kinds of bagel served there. I never go there and a lot of stuff is left off the Menu ! It's a Tim Hortons so it can hardly be extraordinary.

I ordered 2 double stack farmers wrap. 1 ice coffee and 1 pumkin spice ice coffee. Double checked everything made sure it was all good. So i pay. Waiting on the food the lady asked if it was double stacked so i said yes. She makes it and hands it to me. I go back to get my drinks... wait.. wait.. wait they pass about 10 clients and im still there waiting. The new girl (that took my order) stands there and just looks at me. After another 5 mins i tell them i didnt get my drinks. The new girl said she didnt know how... so her coworker did it for her. Takes a long time but i finally get my drinks. I sit down to eat and realise they didnt put bacon on any of my 2 double stacked wraps.... im a regular client here and its not the first time this happened.. just terrible experience again. I didnt complain about the bacon cuz im not one to make a scene. But they need to do better.

Constantly getting attitude from grumpy workers, got blamed for taking someone else’s order because they forgot to make it. And usually takes 15-20 minutes for a wrap. food quality is probably the lowest of all Tim hortons in North bay. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but it’s been several times with this same location, I keep giving it the benefit of the doubt but gets worse

Dianne is super friendly and she even know what I’m going to order everyday. some of the girls are super nice too!! ( but sorry I don’t even know their name ) but big thank you for everyone work there !! ♥️♥️

Every day, multiple times a day, I am at this location. I am always served with a positive attitude and lots of smiles! It's my fav location mainly because of amazing people like Diane, Sherrie, Roland, and even young Riley. I look forward to my timms runs at the trout lake location ❤️

I ordered delivery off the Tim Hortons App and waited an hour and a half before I called the store and they said my order was ready but hasn't been picked up by a delivery driver yet. My order should not have been processed at all and I should have been refunded for my whole order plus the delivery fee and everything if they couldn't do delivery. I recieved nothing and was charged by a location I couldn't even get to. The app has not reached out to me and I paid for a whole order I didn't get. I'm very upset about it.
Sherri and Dianne are very courteous and friendly. They get the line moving - always know when they are working. Great job ladies!

My experience with this location was horrible, we asked for our order triple time but she misunderstood maybe she was an old lady, when asked for repeating the order she denied and talked so rudely. We were going for our work and this old lady totally spoiled our mood and day by giving us absolutely wrong order. The star is only meant for write a review neither service nor drink. Tim Hortons must give a chance to younger people to maintain their reputation as the ones who are working there are always praised by others in reviews.
