I ordered 1 steep tea with 1/2 a shot if milk. I get in my car and drive down the highway and to my surprise it has a shot or more of cream in it. Wth!. Rude! Pay attention to your job.

Im not gonna say all of em. Because im sure its not ALL of them. But the staff here genuinely dont give a damn about anything. Order a bagel toasted with cream cheese and bacon? Expect no bacon, no toasted, and not even cut in half the second time. Order a cappuccino? Expect not enough sugar, no steamed milk, dark roast. You get the idea. Go to a different tims until they fire the people who dont give a damn.

Absolutely ridiculous service every time I go there . Staff looks very unprofessional never got single thing right from their menu . Evertime you get different taste . This is what you get from chicken wrap after waiting for 15 minutes in drive thru . They should definitely have to work on their staff . I would rate this one lowest from all tim hortons in north bay

Slowest Tim Hortons in North Bay. They don’t care if you are waiting, They are not willing to serve you 8/10 times they are out of things The only reason why i go there is because this Tim is 100m from my workplace.

Bought a reusable coffee mug. And they proceeded to make my coffee in a disposable cup then transfer it to my reusable mug. I thought the point of getting a reusable cup was lessen the trash in landfills.
Never has anything in stock. It seems like they offer only like 1/3 of the menu. They’re not kind and clearly just want to rush everyone out. I actively drive farther to go to other Timmies even though this one is like right by the house.
