Please go to any other Tim Hortons than the one here. They take forever to do mobile orders and you’ll be stuck waiting if something is down because they won’t tell you. They’re forever messing up orders too and always out of things. Some of the employees are nice meanwhile others act as if it’s an inconvenience to take your order and it’s very frustrating.

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD A TIM HORTONS MESS UP MY ORDER EVERY SINGLE TIME WITHOUT FAIL. I think hey maybe they don’t mess up this time but guess what THEY always do. The place is riddled with foreigners who don’t know what they’re doing and old women who probably can’t even remember their grandkids. HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT A SAUSAGE IN A SAUSAGE BAGEL BELT. They forhot about and burned my wrap and I was waiting for half an hour in the store before someone asked me what I was waiting for I tell them the farmers wrap and they look in the grill to see a completely burned wrap they did make me a new one but I ended up being late.

Out of all the Tims in North Bay, this one is in fact the worst. No customer service and signs everywhere. They can’t make 3/4 of the stuff on their menu AND they don’t want you ordering food through the drive-through. Meanwhile the workers inside are extremely slow. There are way too many people working for my 2 iced coffees to take 20 minutes. Save your time and don’t try ordering here.

Service has unfortunately gone downhill. The staff are friendly but mobile orders are rarely ready. Just now at the drive thru, I ordered a triple triple, they repeated it back and still gave me a regular.

This is a popular chain donut shop chain in a gas station this tim hortons is one of the ones that actually doesn't mess up your coffee order which is a bonus I enjoy the flat bread pizza the chicken Parm is great its better when you add bacon to it
0 stars. I only go to this location for how close it is. But I’m never returning again. They throw the food together all messy, got a farmers wrap and only the last few bites had bacon, their iced Capp machine never works, they never have half the menu items that show on their menu, this location has really gone downhill.
