This has to be the best one in North bay. The two ladies that work the drive through window in the morning during the week are the best. Always happy and smiling even when the one had a problem with her arm and hand she was still happy and pleasant. They are the best.

I visited the Tim Hortons at 25 Lakeshore North Bay and experienced multiple issues. I was given the wrong change several times, and when I went on my lunch break to grab a meal, I couldn’t wash my hands because the keys to the guest bathroom were locked up and hidden.

Whenever we order a croissant saying that we wanted it heated with butter, but we always receive a cold croissant, today is extreme they gave me butter on side with a cold croissant Bullshit…..
Everything has improved. To the only timmys that serves fresh coffee ? edit: wanted to add that I just got an extra lrg coffee with a caramel shot, a chicken bacon ranch wrap, and a decent container of wedges for 12 20. Everything was fresh and delicious. I'm constantly amazed by the high quality of this one location. Friendly staff too.

I order a turkey bacon club at least once a week. I really enjoy them. What a horrible sandwich I got today. The bun was burnt black. There was no way the server could have missed it. What a burnt stink came from the package. So check your order.
