I visited the Tim Hortons at 25 Lakeshore North Bay and experienced multiple issues. I was given the wrong change several times, and when I went on my lunch break to grab a meal, I couldn’t wash my hands because the keys to the guest bathroom were locked up and hidden.

Everything has improved. To the only timmys that serves fresh coffee ? edit: wanted to add that I just got an extra lrg coffee with a caramel shot, a chicken bacon ranch wrap, and a decent container of wedges for 12 20. Everything was fresh and delicious. I'm constantly amazed by the high quality of this one location. Friendly staff too.

I order a turkey bacon club at least once a week. I really enjoy them. What a horrible sandwich I got today. The bun was burnt black. There was no way the server could have missed it. What a burnt stink came from the package. So check your order.

I ordered simply cheese pizza and this is what i got. No properly spreaded cheese, no sauce to the edge. So i talked to the supervisor on the floor and she did not care about it and this is how they make it. But it is not how its made i know it because even i am a baker at Tim Hortons too. Disgusting people. Disgusting supervisor. I hope someone from the top management takes some action against it.
