Typical Timmies
Good coffee
A very seedy environment, dirty dining area, they never have anything on their menu even in off hours, and it's a terrible Tim Horton's compared to any other I've been to. After they turned down our fourth request for food they didn't have, we left and got a sandwich at Metro.

Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location for Personal safety reasons. Please see following pictures .
The restaurant has a locked bathroom that you need to ask A staff member To open due to the amount of drugs and transient people that frequent this establishment. They have a sign that tells you to be careful in the bathroom due to the drugs that are used in the bathroom.
When we were there, there were two homeless /very evidently on drugs transients in the restaurant, Falling off of stools, Draped over tables, And another one was talking to himself and rocking back & forth in line -Making people very uncomfortable.(You could tell by the patrons & staff’s body language)
When I asked the staff why the bathroom was locked-She explained that the use of drugs in the bathroom has accelerated to such a degree that I could get contaminated by touching the drugs when they are left on the counter as a patron.
When I asked her why the police were not assisting-She explained that the police have become apathetic as there’s really nothing they can do. The transients still come back and hang outside and as well as inside the restaurant-clearly, high on some type of drug. Even though they pose a danger to us as a citizen, they are allowed the free will to hang out inside of a restaurant with the patrons.
When I contacted the police, I was informed that Even though I felt unsafe as a patron, there was nothing they could really do and that those drug users and homeless people were allowed to hang out in the restaurant.
It’s up to the restaurant owners and management to do something about it.
When you enter the building, there are homeless people Camped at the front doors, With drug paraphernalia and needles in the parking lot.
As a concerned, citizen, and a mother, I will not be visiting this location again.
It is sad that Wendy’s nor Tim Hortons has done anything for the safety of their staff, or the people that want to visit. Since when did it become OK to endanger their staff who have to work in such an environment, as well as patrons who want to come and visit the establishment?
I know I’m not the only one that feels this way, as it is evident by the amount of people that were not in this location during prime hours.
I suggest you take your business elsewhere, maybe Starbucks-where it may cost you a bit more money however it is definitely a safe place to visit.

I went in as usual and was greeted normally by a fairly new employee at first with can I take you order so I ordered a large refill coffee as usual. Then right after my order was taken which is a tim hortons refillable cup I had asked her to rinse it as it sat pretty much empty in the sun all day from my morning Tim Hortons coffee & then she started with a snobby attitude saying everyone is supposed to bring in a clean cup and said it was because it was cross contamination but really she didn't want to rinse my cup. She kept saying rinsing my cup is cross contamination lol. Maybe if she planned on splashing it everywhere it could be. So simply rinsing it is a big deal.. come on now do better. Evening on the way out I stopped at the door and across the room she said are you gonna leave now. She has alot of nerve being ignorant talking to a customer like that.

Their store close at 11 pm and I was there at 11.02 pm with my friend, he is a current employee of same store from last 2 years. I requested them to let me use the washroom but she (Rajinder) was in her own attitude and refused even my friend (existing employee) also requested the same. But she didn’t understand that it is a nature’s call. Instead started arguing. She might feel it someday when same thing will happen to her. She refused me even disrespect her staff member, he was embarrassed. All I want to say is be kind with people and understand if someone is saying it’s emergency.
Took a long time for someone to serve. Staff were in no rush to help serve. I had time to fill this survey out without being served.
I love it
I’m so sick and tired of seeing these people sitting asleep holding a sign for hand outs meaning money they don’t like the food that’s given to them, I’ve seen them throw it out…. Shamful they also spit on your car or hit the window with there signs if you ignore them ….Timmies help this location out!!!!!
They had great stuff here workers are great fast

Love coming here every day everyone is so friendly and my food is perfect every time
Disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, which made the experience unpleasant. I hope they work on improving their customer care to match the quality of their products."

Worst experience ever. If there is an option for zero star, I would’ve given you zero. I did a survey for them, and I asked for a french vanilla at $1. However, she refused to give me for a $1 as I didn’t have a pen. She said our store didn’t have a pen. Lol. My beautiful morning turned bad. I felt so embarrassed. For sure not gonna recommend anyone to come and for sure, I’ll never come to this store
