Nice atmosphere, get extra sugar and cream in your coffee. The beans are a bit bitter, but it's like that in every location in every town and part of what makes them so likeable. The iced cafe mocha is so strong and delicious.
Food items were delicious. Coffee was delicious.
Manager was really sweet and helpful. Smiling and amazing customer service from her.
I am not so sure about the other staff.
It was a busy day. I understand how stressful it can be.
No hard feelings but I feel customer service should have been better from them
However food was good and I would visit again.

I have been a patron of Twiggs on Fraser for YEARS. Today I asked for a large decaf double double. The girl didn’t even stir my coffee and slammed it down on the counter so hard that coffee spewed out of the top. I’m not thrilled with this service and will not be returning to this establishment again.

Stopped in via drive thru to grab a coffee. Excellent, hot, fresh coffee. Cookies were super yummy. Fresh squeezed lemonade was great too. Drive thru was fast. I can’t stand Tims coffee and Starby’s is expensive. I was excited to find this gem and get a good cup of coffee at a reasonable price.

I really enjoy their coffee. The brocolli soup was great and so was the atmosphere. I felt like “that customer” today with all my questions but Emily was very helpful and friendly the whole time (Fraser location)

Great coffee and smoothies, and the bakery has some good things! The only thing that is disappointing is that I noticed the sizes have really shrunk and the price went up. I know this is happening in many restaurants/cafes but for the drink I always get, it's too obvious.. Other than that, I love the ice cafe mocha and will continue to get it!

We had a delicious breakfast and were allowed to sit on the patio with our dog. The staff were lovely and polite. Even though they were having some internet issues they took our order in a timely fashion.

Very nice little Twiggs location. They always seem to have great staff and the food is consistent.

Disappointing food quality & poor value. $5.75 smoothie is 16 oz ice & 1/3 C juice. Sandwich bread must have sat open on counter top for 2 hrs waiting for the next sandwich order. Stale bread in a sandwich shop misses even the lowest bar. Skip this place. I try to support independent cafes when passing through town. This place sends me back to Subway.

I have been ordering a 20oz takeout cup of iced americano for 3 years at least. Yesterday I ordered the iced americano and it came in a small 12oz cup. I said I wanted a large one like always. She said it's been changed to a 12oz cup and that's gonna be the way it is going forward. The 12oz cup is too short for my car cup holder and the lid pops off and I can't get it out without spiling it all over. So I'm not going to buy their 12oz americano, I'll make it at home. It's cheaper anyway. Customer service this time sucked.
