Our service experience was terrible. Two of the cups had lipstick stains on them. We asked for new cups and straws. She didn't bring straws. We were not asked if we wanted refills through dinner. She did not check in to see how we were doing. She disappeared for over 45 minutes. We had to wait with our coats on table was never cleared. When she finally reappears she didn't seam to care. Servers need more training. It was not even busy at the time we were there.

I’m writing to share some concerns about the experience my family had during our visit on nov 19, We came as a group of seven to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and unfortunately the evening did not go as we had hoped.
Five of the adults ordered the all-you-can-eat wings, but after our initial plates arrived, we were not checked on for approximately 45 minutes. During that time, we ran out of drinks, and no one came by to ask if we wanted additional wings—which defeats the purpose of choosing the all-you-can-eat option.
In addition:
Our toddler never received her salad.
There was no highchair available, leaving us to hold the baby for over an hour during the meal.
We were not given ketchup or condiments for the fries.
Overall service was slow and inattentive— understanding the restaurant was busy
We spent over $100 in the arcade, and thankfully my daughter enjoyed that part of the visit, but the dining experience itself was very disappointing—especially on what was supposed to be a fun birthday celebration.
I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it can help improve service for future guests. We would appreciate any follow-up from management regarding the issues we experienced.

Can you tell me where my smash parties bacon and cheese are there in the picture so I would assume it comes with it y'all need to fix it and stop useing frozen patties I wanted a smash burger with bacon and cheese like the picture I thought Iy came with it because there's no options to add bacon or have a smash patties and cheese it's fails advertising to show a smash burger with cheese and bacon and use frozen regular parties no bacon or cheese
Y'all can't just change open a ghost kitchen and not give people what they order I will never buy from y'all again and yes I was y'all's ghost kitch I have the receipt and it says wacky wings
Fix it and stop scamming it's illage
The bottom gluten free parties was like a spong because y'all dit no wrap it up so the insides fell out and had it in the Same box as the fries and why would you have the burger assembled and ship it out

Had a great time at wackys during the jays World Series run...I was in from out of town and the bartender Kyle couldn't have been more welcoming. 100% recommend visiting when on North Bay...also head downstairs end of night.🤗

Had an amazing experience at Wacky’s in North Bay! Our server, Kyle, was absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit so much fun. He really went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for Kyle if you go!

After you get by the friendly atmosphere, it’s pretty much where it all ends. I ordered a game starter Platter with cactus chips, mushroom caps, and fried dill pickle spears, Nearly everything on the platter was very undercooked greasy and not very appealing. The cactus chips were flimsy and soggy, The mushroom caps were like liquified dough inside However, the pickle spears were done properly. I ordered chicken wings three times extra crispy with barbeque sauce and they came barely done with regular cook time and soft skinned. The server then took the order back to the kitchen and the re-deep-fried the wings with the barbeque sauce on them, and essentially burnt the sauce. It was not appealing at all. The sever then got a fresh order done but yet again the food was rushed and back to the same soft wings I got in the first order. Not very impressed with the kitchen but the staff in the front seemed pleasant. So my overall take on this is it’s a great place to hang out, but not to eat. Craig and Damon really need to come back here and evaluate how things are done. Refrying food that has reached a table means that anything a customer has done to the food is introduced to the deep fryer and can contaminate everything else.

It was not a busy time but unfortunately our food was cold?? Just as we were finishing it became pretty noisy so we left. Our server was nice but I think he had a large area to cover so took him a long time to come back with a refill.
