I am always surprised they are not busy, they have great breakfast options, great prices right now for a summer sale, great frosty which tastes great as a treat and only 99cents to treat your kids cheaply, reminds me of the frozen malts in the billings bridge mall malts shop in the olden days simply yummy. They are certainly worthy of giving a try versus lining up at timmies next door, give Wendy's a try!!

They couldn't understand English and argued about the Wednesday's meal and when I finally got my meal there isn't the collector spoon available

Absolutely terrible experience at this Wendy’s location. My daughter placed an order using the mobile kiosk—her payment went through and the funds were withdrawn from her account, yet her order was never fulfilled. When she approached the counter for help, the staff refused to assist her. Even the manager showed zero accountability, simply handing her an email and saying to email and the money would be refunded within 24 hours. It was not, and I never received a reply.

When I went in myself to try to resolve the issue, politely, I was met with the same dismissive attitude. No effort was made to make it right, and the staff seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than providing any actual customer service.

I then called Wendy’s customer service line, only to be met with rudeness yet again. The representative was dismissive, unhelpful, and hung up on me in the middle of a calm and respectful conversation.

It is not about the money what so ever, more so about being helpful to those in need and acting with kindness.

This location has clearly gone downhill over the past few years. Customer service is non-existent, and there’s no accountability when something goes wrong. We won’t be back, and I strongly advise others to think twice before spending their hard earned money here. Absolutely unacceptable.

The food was very good but the owner does not allow his/her staff to resolve issues with orders through UberEats. UberEats tells you to call the store, the store sends you back to UberEats. It was an easy to resolve issue that could have been addressed but both Wendy's and UberEats just ping pongs you between them both until you give up. And while I am aware there are customers who just want free stuff and complain just to take advantage, you also have customers who don't want anything other than what was offered and would happily pay what their meal costs. I don't think that I will use UberEats, I may not go in person again either. Maybe, when I reflect more. But the owner of the franchise should consider this feedback. I reached out immediately after placing my order, and you could have instructed your staff to make some attempt to assist. Even a small gesture would have been appreciated. I can already hear the comments, who has time for this? I guess I see big companies taking more and more, and doing less and less, and it is disappointing. This may be good - support small businesses that actually care - so many great restaurants. Who needs the big chains?
