Order the frosty keychain and the photo showed a chain with a 3d figurine of a frosty for 3 dollars, when I got my food there was no keychain but there was a piece of plastic that had a hole in it. So I go up to the manager roger and explain the situation, he tells me that this is the keychain that they have so i asked for a refund. He then starts to criticize me while giving me the refund saying that what they have is not good enough for me and that it needs to have the chain, I said none of this. I am just shocked that a manager would speak like this to a customer🤦♀️

Foods always been good for me. Service was pretty rough for awhile a few years ago, missing items, wrong items and have had a fair share of not pleasant interactions with staff. However I’ve been going back recently and it’s definitely done a 180 very happy to be getting my food from here again. Lots of friendly faces and proper orders

The food is your usual fast food. Nothing special, I haven’t personally had any issues with my food not being how it should be.
However I’ve found the staff seems to be a mixed bag of good and bad.
I usually use the drive thru and pretty much 50/50 I’m either getting very friendly service or just being treated like I’m a bother trying to get my food and having the window slammed in my face after my food is aggressively handed to me

The food was good and hot. The tables weren't all clean. Staff were friendly and service was efficient.
All food was cold, fries were soggy and so was the sandwich… soggy! And the fries were majority black! I called to discuss this with the manager because this is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened, and she kept cutting me off, wouldn’t listen and just kept saying “I’m sorry u feel that way.” Like girl, it’s not that I’m feeling a way, it’s that the quality has gone WAY down hill in the recent time. Like the potatoes are discoloured and had a weird taste! She tried to say that it was “very busy” at the time that we ordered… there was ONE person in front of us and when we went into the store there were NO cars in the drive thru. Overall, poor attitude. I wish I could give 0 stars or 0.5. We miss the old Wendy’s.
