so, went in around 8pm this past thursday. ordered a couple of burgers, fries and a drink. the fries were at least hot. the burgers were absolutely disgusting. they looked like they'd been dropped on the floor to be honest. and i got EXTREMELY ill from them. avoid this place if you don't like food poisoning. oh, and the soda machine was filthy, there was a huge puddle in front of it that nobody seemed to care to clean, the tables were dirty and the floor...well, I've seen cleaner cow stables than that floor.

Monday June 2 approx 6:10 pm . I seen a male employee preparing a poutine. Threw something in the garbage pressed lightly to hold it place then proceeded to finish the poutine. His hand touching the garbage, touching the customer's poutine. His work station wasn't very sanitary . The garbage was full , his work wasn't clean . Could be an isolated incident

Wendy's is my family's to go Restaurant, we always go to the drive through and then go home. It's always very fast and the food is good, I don't know much about the atmosphere because we never go inside.
Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease and their burgers are one of the only ones that are gluten-free and they do a lettuce burger.
I called today looking for a toy my son has been looking for. The lady told me 3 times on the phone they 100 percent had the toy. My husband drove an hour to purchase this toy with a meal. They then told him the have no toys! None....then when I called back they took the phone off the hook.

I dont know how many times i had to tell the woman janitor that i had ordered a cup. She kept insisting i bought a water cup and could only fill it up with water and she wouldnt let me fill it up with any pop
