I stopped to get a coffee and use the washroom.. both tim hortons and Wendy's are in a wide open area and the washrooms are between both business.. Wendy's was cl9sing at 8 and Timmy's was still open... I got told that the women are not allowed to use the washroom after 8pm only the men's is open... I will be going to human rights about this.. since when are women lessor than men that we can't use the washroom but they can!!!!

Well online says hrs are till midnight for both drive through and restaurant hrs , two different list one for take out and only logic is other for in store but no get there at 11pm and still take take out ,door says 11pm but no one would answer window to find out why online for 12 . False advertising and for disrespect on shitty customer service or respect for their error after walking in cold to get after checking online first . This town really has no account ability unless you take to court for false services and such disrespect they can't even explain let alone answer question . Karma comes around legally. Tired of companies saying one thing and not offering services they advertise. So I got no service and false advertising and freezing for nothing .

Went thru drive thru to order a breakfast meal. After paying for it service worker stated we have no eggs and they need to be made. It would have been good before I paid for it if they would have told me that they didn't have this.I would have ordered something else. I then had to pull up and proceeded to wait about fifteen twenty minutes. Unfortunately, this location seems to have more and more issues of different things. When I did finally receive my meal, everything was just cold, including the eggs. It is disappointing to see a place start tumbling down with different issues.As times goes on.

I have had multiple incidents at this location. Yesterday around 5pm I ordered a meal and a large diet pop, got to my location across town, looked down and it looked like there was something plastic floating in the cup. I opened the lid and unravelled a full plastic bag. I’ve had a similar issue with plastic in a frosty! I thought once, okay, a mistake was made but twice! I won’t be eating at this location again.

Came in with our Scout Group of 12 people. Not only did they get the order spot on (over $250 order) but they sorted it all out for us and followed up with us to make sure everything was ok. Great staff and great food. Would definitely recommend.

It's not a place a normally go to. My son and wife took us there. They like trying the huge variety of craft beers and on tap beers. The food was good.
Staff is so friendly and food is always made fresh no matter what time of day you go. I went at 10.45pm...food was hot, fresh and tasty!!

Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location for Personal safety reasons. The restaurant has a locked bathroom that you need to ask A staff member To open due to the amount of drugs and transient people that frequent this establishment. They have a sign that tells you to be careful in the bathroom due to the drugs that are used in the bathroom. When we were there, there were two homeless /very evidently on drugs transients in the restaurant, Falling off of stools, Draped over tables, And another one was talking to himself and walking about the restaurant-Making people very uncomfortable.(You could tell by there body language) Enjoy watching When I asked the staff why the bathroom was locked-She explained that the use of drugs in the bathroom has accelerated to such a degree that I could get contaminated by touching the drugs when they are left on the counter as a patron. When I asked her why the police were not assisting-She explained that the police have become apathetic as there’s really nothing they can do. The transient still come back and hang outside and inside the restaurant-clearly, high on some type of drug. When I contacted the police, I was informed that Even though I felt unsafe as a patron, there was nothing they could really do and that those drug users and homeless people were allowed to hang out in the restaurant. -in the end, it’s up to the restaurant owners and management to do something about it.
When you enter the building, there are homeless people Camped at the front doors, With drug paraphernalia and needles in the parking lot.
As a concerned, citizen, and a mother, I will not be visiting this location again. It is sad that Wendy’s nor Tim Hortons has done anything for the safety of their staff, or the people that want to visit. I know I’m not the only one that feels this way, as it is evident by the amount of people that were not in this location during prime hours.
I suggest you take your business elsewhere, maybe Starbucks-where it may cost you a bit more money however it is definitely a safe place to visit

Drive thru would have forgotten our drinks if we didn't remind them.
Asked for lettuce and tomato and pickle on our kids cheeseburger but it wasn't added to the burger.
I'd love to know if we were charged for it but we were not given a receipt.
The buns and burgers were dry. The food was horrible.
