Tucked away in a small shop in Langham Square, is a spot selling underrated Chinese frozen goods, and you can get it warmed up on the spot for you. Nothing beats the vibe of browsing in the mall while munching on a porky shaobing snack.
The food I have eaten in Canada is the most like home. My aunt is quite talkative. I like the duck soup she makes best.

Extremely chatty owner, and always try to sell more than enough. Completely ignores allergy requests and the kitchen is quite dirty. Food tastes decent tho.

really tasty! The boss is very enthusiastic! I love eating fried pickles with bamboo shoots. It’s so delicious! Come again next time!

The lady who owns this store is a black-hearted, stupid old woman and a liar. Please don't come here.
Google showed it was open, but it was closed when people came. I called 5 or 6 times and couldn't get through. The store is small and hard to find on the second floor. If you don't want to do it, don't do it.
The proprietress of this store is really disgusting. She has no sense of proportion and makes people feel uncomfortable. She always recommends what we ordered. She said no once and then forced the sale. She just stuffed us with the biscuits you wanted and took them all away. It was frozen and packed directly in a plastic bag. It was really speechless when I checked out. I didn’t even have a recipe. I really won’t come again next time.
Many dishes are heated in the microwave, not freshly made. It is said that Alipay can be paid, but the cash register also clearly posted a QR code, but it did not accept the normal scan code to pay. The proprietress quoted an exchange rate by herself, which was much higher than that in Alipay, and asked to transfer it to her personal account. You have to earn the difference, black shop!
Owners are friendly and helpful. A wonderful place to try new tasty things. The option of buying some items frozen is perfect for a rainy day.
The honey-glazed steak was frozen and heated in the microwave for immediate serving. It was dry and hard without any seasoning. Jinyun Shaobing was heated in a frozen bread machine. It was hard and chewy when I took it home. The taste was okay, but I was really disappointed with the store on the second floor of Langham Place.

Hangzhou style snacks are very delicious, especially Jinyun Shaobing, highly recommended

The place wasn't very clean and quite messy so even waiting to get my take out food was more depressing than the greasy menu, which was written in mostly chinese and very poorly translated to to english. The food take quite some while, I went in 30 minutes early compare to it because the old lady working there it's opened. Ended up waiting for almost an hour for some mediocre food. The people don't even speak english. Not recommended
