The food is just average. The service by the two ladies that work was good and attentive. The third server is either a beginner, does not care, or has little to no manners. If you spill a whole side plate of olive oil and vinegar on half of the white cloth on the table, the least you can do is apologize and ask if we would like the cloth changed rather than simply bringing a folded napkin and placing it over the vinegar soaked table cloth as the only proposed solution. Also, it would be great if you ask the customer if they're done with it before you just come by and take it. Same concept applies to walking over and taking the bowl of chili flakes from our table and taking it to another table, while we're still finishing our food and without even asking us. Little things, but huge impact on overall experience. This is not the kind of service we'd expect at a restaurant where we paid $300 for a dinner and a bottle of wine for two.

Very nice dinner on a first meeting. The restaurant is pretty small but we were sitting in the back (as requested) so it was relatively quiet. Our server did several things to make us feel welcome and even brought a taste of the desert that I wanted but didn't order :)

Terrific food and service. Because it's so popular, it can be a little noisy. Every dish was terrific - the duck, the rack of lamb, the black cod...and the butternut squash soup is a MUST. The dessert was too pretty to eat (but we ate it).

Great food and the menu is sure to please. We went with another couple and started with the butternut squash soup (out of this world) and salad. Then miso black cod, duck, rack of lamb and a pasta dish. The dessert (which we should not have ordered) came and we shared 2 different ones - the Pavlova was a work of art. It's always too sweet, but.....hey, you only live once.
