I can’t believe how badly this 241 Pizza has gone downhill. I used to come here all the time, the pizza was amazing, toppings were fresh, and they always had that rich BBQ sauce and seasonings out for everyone. It was one of those rare places that actually cared about its customers. The old owners were incredible, they made everyone feel like family. But after the renovations (and I’m guessing a change in ownership), this place has turned into absolute trash. The quality is gone, the care is gone, and the attitude is unbelievable. I asked for BBQ sauce on my pizza, something that used to be complimentary and out by the table for customers to use as they pleased. Now when I asked one of the workers started yelling in Persian/Farsi at another employee not to give it to me for free, saying to charge me $2 instead. He had no idea I speak Farsi, so I heard every word. Completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. It’s honestly heartbreaking to see what this place has become. The old owners built something special, and now it’s just another greedy, careless business that doesn’t deserve the loyal customers it once had. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else waste their money here either.

I ordered 80 wings for a special occasion. About 25 minutes after I placed the order, the store called. They told me they ran out of wings.
I was just stunned. It was my son’s 13th birthday, and he was so excited. The moment I got off the phone and told him, he started crying. I know it’s just food, and sure, maybe 80 wings sounds like a lot. But we had family over, cousins, friends; everyone was there to celebrate. We had planned around it. It wasn’t just wings; it was part of the whole experience for him.
The mood completely shifted. My family was disappointed. They tried to keep things upbeat, but it wasn’t the same. We had to scramble at the last minute to figure out what else to feed everyone. We eventually had to settle for Popeyes, but it wasnt the same. It felt like a big letdown on what was supposed to be a happy day.
It probably sounds dramatic, but it really meant a lot to us, especially to him. DO NOT RECCOMEND TO COME HERE FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS.
