Shockingly horrific customer service. When I arrived to pick up the order it seemed like the employee missed it in the system, so it was 20-30 minutes delayed. Once I got home and unpacked the food I noticed two of the dishes I ordered were missing. No worries -- I called the store to let them know, asking if I could come back to pick it up. They insisted that I have it, and that it is impossible there is anything missing from the order. The food we did get was great, but I can't come back after this experience.

I ordered delivery from here for dinner and the sushi was very poor quality and not fresh at all. The salmon had a translucent grey tinge to it and the eel was slimy. I could not eat it. My husband got a stomach ache from eating it. While they had a good promotion going on I would not order from them again.

I order here a lot. It's a small unassuming shop in a food court but the food is really really yummy, very reasonably priced. I'm so used to the deliciousness here that I forget how spoiled I am that when I eat other sushi I find myself disappointed elsewhere.
