I go here often to grab lunch but recently this location has consistently been closed off and on, even though it says itās open online Iāve been there and itās been closed for whatever reason, today for example it says itās open I went there and itās closed yet there was a lady inside. So just wanted to let anyone know donāt trust it when it says itās open today because itās probably not. Iām assuming there closing down to the lack of customers and money there making. No hard feelings to this place, they make great food and always super nice.

I usually order from this A&W location during my breaks since itās right next door, but lately Iāve been experiencing issues with the online ordering system. Today, the app glitched again and wouldnāt let me place an order. It kept freezing at the payment page and never redirected me to my bank or requested a security code like it normally does.
Since I couldnāt order online, I went into the store to redeem a coupon I had. To my surprise, I was told they couldnāt honor it, not because the coupon was invalid, but because their scanners werenāt working. Thatās not my problem as a paying customer, especially when I was clearly trying to find a workaround for the app issue.
What made it worse was that I waited about five minutes before anyone acknowledged me while several staff members stood around doing nothing. I only get a 30 minute break so every minute counts, and that doesnāt even include the time it would take to prepare my food. Instead of helping, the manager deflected and insisted the problem was with my bank. That made no sense because I never even got to the stage where my bank would be involved. The app just froze.
The manager offered no solution and didnāt seem to care that Iām a regular customer who comes in almost daily. With prior experience working in fast food, I know that if a loyal customer is clearly having an issue with the storeās own technology, you find a way to make it right. That didnāt happen here.
I left the store with no food and wasted half my break. Poor customer service, no accountability, and absolutely no sense of urgency or problem solving. Very disappointing.

Slow, rude, and the food is as mediocre as a&w gets. Had a bad experience the last time I was there and I assumed it was a fluke, but had the same bad experience this time.
If you're in a rush, just go somewhere else because this place is NOT worth it.
+1 star for mediocre burger, only thing saving this place Edit: just had my fries as well. They are very obviously cooked in dirty oil as well so I just threw them out. Disgusting place. -1 star. I'd give negative stars if possible.
Will not be returning and I advise others to avoid this place as well

i ordered a cheddar bacon nuncle burger combo, my burger only had lettuce beef and cheese/sauce but no other toppingsāwas missing toppings and then they get my combo drink wrong. asked for a diet coke and got rootbeer instead. howād you get the whole thing wrong?? unbelievable

Been to many locations and order 5oz beef patties
Was told they don't serve them here and have to purchase a burger instead. Never had this experience at other locations So if you're like me and order a protein only meal, they won't serve you

Breakfast at A&W is amazing. They do a all in breakfast platter that has 2 eggs prepared your way plus hash brown, sausage, bacon and toast prepared fresh to order. Only fast food place to do this with real cutlery if eat in very classy and unexpected.

Lady at the cash on Sunday at 11:30 am was a poor communicator and ultimately rude. All of our food except one item was given to us, & when I went up to ask about its status, I was given a dirty look. When I had to go to the cash a second time to ask for my correct beverage (we were given an incorrect one), I was given another dirty look, with no acknowledgement of the mistake.
