Extremely negative experience with staff
- Visited at 5PM on a weekday - Tried to redeem a coupon for Burger and Fries bur told they were out of fries - Offered to wait for the fries but was told they ran out of ingredients (at 5PM on a weekday) - They had Sweet Potato Fries and Onion Rings available, so asked for those replacement and I will pay for the difference but the staff refused - Was told the coupon was for a Burger and FRIES, so they can only give me the burger (without fries) for the full coupon price and can't replace with anything else (despite paying for difference) - Left hungry and confused on how them running out of Fries is something the customer has to pay extra for

We have had a very bad experience in this location. I have been disgusted and couldn't eat anything for two days. There was hair inside my food and when I informed the workers they refused to give me a new one or refund me. I would rather not eat at all than come and eat from this location.

I asled for water and i was told i can only get a dmall glass. I paid 6 bucks to use the wqshroom. The least you can do if give me a full glass of water.. it wasnt both girls. Atleast she was smart of enough to give.me her full name. A__A
