Employee randomly helps customers, no line, they don't use mobile order pickup line at all. Didn't charge customer before me for chipotle mayo, but said I had to pay when asked. During big rush, supervisor just plays on phone. Burgers were ok, patties seemed dry. Big piece of onion skin in burger. Wouldn't recommend location.

I recently visited In your restaurant the atmosphere was warm there was a indian girl her name is khushboo she was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. I loved the overall vibe of the place! The staff member, Khushboo, was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the menu and helping me decide on my order Her friendly attitude made the experience even better. The quality of the food was also excellent.

Decent burgers, but not worth the price they charge for them. I go here every once in a while when they have deals going on. Every time I have been here, the food has been fresh and tasty . The dining area is small, but it's usually empty anyway and is usually clean. I wish they had better deals, then I would eat here more often.
Updated: Dining was clean and neat. Their new masala veggie burger is delicious…. Service was great everything was great… New peri peri potato was amazing i just had and would recommend it…

Ordered 2 piri piri potato buddies and a cup of coffee with fries..got stale fries..cold burger..there was a super-slow service and that too with just 3 customers in the store..never going to go back there again! I'm sorry.. Still giving 3 stars just for the brand!

Kid-friendliness: My 5 years old like the kids meal however its not big enough for my 7 years old! We had to order teen burger, he finished it but i wish they had a smaller size of that for kids at this age

The food here is usually good except they either undercook or overcook the chicken making the chicken either too rubbery to eat or just covered in crunchy batter. The burgers are pretty good, but recently they went against A&W's "100% real and natural ingredients" policy and started using disgusting processed cheese instead of the real cheddar we're used to.
I personally don't find single slice processed cheese edible or appetizing and can not stomach it, also trying to scrape it off the burger is not worth it either since it just spreads all over and gets imbued into the patty. I'm extremely disappointed that they stopped using real cheddar at this location and getting the processed cheese on my burger after being charged extra for cheddar was just a slap in the face that ruined my eating experience here. Paying $9 for a burger only to have to throw it in the garbage after being given a falsely advertised product is also a big slap in the face. I don't think I'll be eating at this location anymore.
