Today December 29, 2025 at approximately 5:25pm I was served by a rude and unprofessional female staff member. When I placed my order she laughed and conversed with the male staff member in the preparation area. It was evident she was making a negative comment about either myself or my order.
When I questioned her she denied it, replying they are permitted to speak in their own dialect amongst each other.

Normally the staff are all pleasant and very customer service centric. This employee lacks the “ basic customer service skills”, no hello, no common courtesy to say a mere thank you, no pleasantries.

The A&W owner of this location and the A&W corporate head office should be made aware of this negative experience I encountered today.
I hope another customer will not be treated this way.

15 mins for one hamburger!? Wow!
The burger was also not fresh after waiting all this time. It was hard (incredibly overcooked) and cold.

Be aware. They don’t ware gloves when they handle the food.
I don’t think I would order A&W burgers from this restaurant anymore unless they respond to this matter and fix it.
I will look around elsewhere until that time.

I like it is Canadian and they have certificate angus meat
And their food is very clean, no hormones and etc.
people are very welcoming and friendly. And. the most important thing is their food is delicious 😋👍🏼

I want to sincerely thank the manager and team at this location for the excellent way they handled my concern. After my previous experience, the manager personally reached out to me, listened carefully, and responded with genuine professionalism and respect.

I truly appreciate the effort taken to make things right and ensure that I felt valued as a customer. This kind of commitment to customer service speaks highly of the management and makes me confident about returning here again.

Always love coming to A&W! The food is fresh and made to order, burgers taste great, and the fries/onion rings are always crispy. Staff are friendly, service is quick, and the restaurant is clean. Whether dining in or taking out, it’s always a great experience
