Great customer service. Very friendly and polite staff. The kitchen staff cook the food in a timely manner. Have been going to this location for 5 years and I’ve never had an issue with anything. The area is clean.

They don’t use gloves when they make my food. I looked through the window and he was touching everything and didn’t wear any gloves when he touched my lettuce burger. This is second time I’ve seen this. Last time.

Service was very good, fast and orderly, though it was a slow Sunday afternoon. Asked for my name to avoid confusion and add personalization.

Food was really fresh and well presented, nice and hot. Got the Piri Piri chicken combo. Sauce wasn't really to my liking, but the quality and value were great.

The server also didn't dilute my soda which is nice.

I rarely post bad reviews because every company has its bad day. I think this location in the Sheppard centre doesn't follow the A&W brand of serving fresh food. I stopped in on June 13, for a breakfast combo, sausagen egger muffin. Asked to have it toasted twice. When I received my order, the muffin was very chewy, which makes me believe it was microwaved, the egg was flat and had burnt oil specks all over it, the yolk was dry and flat. The hash brown tasted chewy as well and was cold-ish. The coffee felt like it was made earlier and not fresh. I've been to standalone a&w's and the breakfast is usually the best thing! I gave a 4 for atmosphere because the mall is nice and the counters and front area was clean. I paid $9.75 for the combo and regretted and wished I just went to Tim's for they're standard combo. I work in the area and I will give it another chance but the deals aren't the same as the standalone A&W's. Let's see, if it was a one off experience.
