The restaurant was neatly presented with a clean, welcoming atmosphere. There were plenty of tables and chairs available, making it easy to find a comfortable spot. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. A great spot for a relaxed meal.

They do not refill the soda for dining customers. This is against A&W policy. Standards are made to be followed. Good brands always keep their standards uncompromisingly same. Must work on this.

I just wanted to take the time to say that food is always on point but service recieved that 1010 Wilson was splendid! I reside in BC and came out to visit for a short holiday and I have to say the customer service I received is by far the best I have ever had at any A&W location.

To be specific, Princess is the staff member that exceeding my expectations!

Ask for no tomato for my Burger, but they still include on it. And the half of the restaurant are stand byers and jusr playing carss on the other side

Basically, it's that fast-food joint you hit up when you want something that feels a bit more legit than your average burger run.
* The Beef Thing: They're kinda known for saying their beef's better, and honestly, a lot of people agree. It tastes...beefier? Less mystery meat, more actual burger.
* Root Beer, Duh: Seriously, their root beer is iconic. If you haven't had it, you're missing out. It's that creamy, old-school kind that hits the spot.
* Teen Burger Love: That's their classic, and it's a crowd-pleaser for a reason. Simple, tasty, gets the job done.
* Breakfast Wins: Surprisingly, their breakfast is pretty solid. Like, "I'd actually choose this" solid.
* Canadian Vibes: It's a Canadian thing, you know? It's got that comfy, familiar feel.
* Sometimes It's...Fast Food: Look, it's still fast food. Sometimes you get a perfect burger, sometimes it's just okay. It depends on the location and the day, like any other fast food place.

Mulpani the manager was amazing. I had an issue with the app glitching and he was able to go out of his way to process an online only order in store for the same price! Definitely will be coming back here for my breakfasts before work!

Dietary restrictions: Try not too put too much grease on the food. Maybe add fresh fruits like strawberries.

The first time ever I go to this location I get food poisoning. It’s a shame because I don’t think I’ve ever had food that has made me sick like this. Only just a couple hours later. I ordered the Nashville chicken which came with 5 pieces of pickles I didn’t eat, but still I ended up terribly sick. I’ve seen other reviews of unsanitary practices and I would have known I would have never come here. This is the first and last time I would come here. One would think they put literal poison in my food. I am so upset. Never again.

I came here to have a bite while waiting on a call and the guy that’s working 2/11/25 night shift say I’ve to leave bcuz he see me sitting here for a while and the table are close it’s only take out like huh ? Ain’t this a 24hrs I can’t sit after I had a meal an wait on someone to make it worst other people was here 2 person was here when he said it that to me then after 2 other person came in an it’s only me he came to ,this is raciest I will never come go back there or to any other A&w I use to go to dat same exact spot to have a late night bite neverrrrrrr again!!!!!!!!!!!
