Ordered 6 hot patties to go with the coco bread. I love it. Very tasty and patty taste amazing. But bring cash. $25 cash is enough in my opinion, but if you wanted to only try one patty, they have a combo for about $4+ tax.

Been going there for about 40yrs. Have to agree with the review before mine. Minimal meat and dried out pastry. Extremely disappointed and would not go outta my way to patronize....sadly. I've heard the original owners may have sold it and although I didn't even notice, the sign out front MAY reflect this. I didn't notice tho

The patties are not the same, it has changed and the taste is terrible. Very little beef filling, dough is dry and overall a huge disappointment. I've been going to Allan's for over 5 years regularly and I was extremely disappointed by the new product. I now have to find another patty shop as I will not be going to Allan's anymore. Too bad

Been coming to this location at Peanut Plaza for donkey years ! Ever since the ‘ big Chinese Jamaican’ guy was running things ( now it’s the Very Pleasant shorter Lady ) All was good until today ! What the heck happened to thier Patties ?!?! Bought 2 dozen ( price increased) $20 for 1 dozen. I could handle that IF it was the ORIGINAL AUTHENTIC ALLANS PATTY - this one is NO GOOD This Michidean stuff horrible- might as well bought a box of frozen patty’s from Food Basic !! The patty used to be SO NICE - I don’t know why the change - sorry, as nice as the staff are - I won’t be coming back anymore. 😢 Miss the original flaky , tasty patty
Today I went to this location and there were three huge red flags. First, the sign out front no longer includes "Allans"; second they are now "also" selling Michidean patties and third when I asked for a hot patty - no chicken/no goat - only spicy beef - it was around 11AM and I never saw that before. I suspect (per the review by Ali a couple of weeks ago) that either Allans was bought old or they sold the business. Possible that for the great Allan patties --- the end is nigh. I personally dislike the Michidean patties. I bought a box of frozen Allans spicy beef (didn't enquire on others - but that would be a tell if Chicken/Goat do not exist) and taste wise they didn't seem different so perhaps for now Allan's spicy beef continue. Five for quality but lack of hot 'n ready - 4 star and possible further concerns down the road.
Parking: Bit confusing when trying to leave but otherwise adequate.
Wheelchair accessibility: North entrance has ramp at entrance - unique.

Came on August 12 to get some patties just like I have been doing for the past 8 years. I bought my patties went to my car only to realize that they are Not actual allans patty, rather for some reason they were selling those garbage yellow patty king style ones, i don't know if they switched the patties they buy or they had run out but this place has NO STANDARDS.
Really enjoyed the beef patties but did not enjoy the sticker shock price of 2.50 each. That's 66 percent increase from last year's prices. On-top of that cash only. That's why I rated 4 stars.

Always the best patty's in town. I prefer the goat curry but they can sell out fast, even the frozen ones. This place is cash only so come prepared!
