Went in yesterday and was charged $3.50 for a patty and coleslaw. Came back today and was told it’s nearly $6 and must come with a bun — totally inconsistent. The staff member Michelle was very rude and dismissive. Disappointed with the service and attitude.

The jerk was very tasty, could have used 1/2 the salt, it was really salty.
The roti, was excellent lotsa veggies, one of my faves.

I called this place a few times to ask about the soup and the service was so exceptional and welcoming.
When I got to the store the soup was provided right away. And then I was given some complimentary wings. What a class act! Feels like something from another era.
BTW, the soup was for my mother and she loved it. The wings were great too.

Had the stuffed patty with jerk pork. It was my first time trying it and it was really good. Had the fried plantain as well, was a bit pricey ($5+tax) but was good.

Ordered from here on uber eats last night and was severely disappointed! I ordered a small plate of oxtail with a mild beef patty and drink. The beef patty was stale and cold. But the worst part was the meal itself. Very watery gravy to the point that it completely ruined the meal. Over-cooked rice that again was soggy and had diluted flavour. The “oxtail” was burnt a bit like the last remnants of the pot, and I have never had oxtail that tasted like this. I am actually positive that the meat isn’t even oxtail — it gives more turkey neck. I tried to force myself to finish the food since everything came up to 30$ after tax (via uber) but wasn’t even worth 10$.
Won’t be consuming food from this location again. Very disappointed

Great food period!!!! I've been coming here for years they're always on point.
One of the better jerk chicken I've had in Toronto. The coco bread was so soft and tasted delicious, especially with the huge portions of jerk chicken. However, the patties were quite disappointing. As seen in the pics, the filling was too little on both the chicken and beef patties. The oxtail was quite good - just the right spice for me, but this could be mild to many. Though this was my first time trying oxtail, I think it was great. Will visit again, but only for the jerk chicken sandwiches and oxtail!

Such a shame. Used to have the best chicken and patties in the city by a landslide. Quality has steadily decreased as they got more popular. Does not even compare to what it used to be. Chicken is very hit or miss these days and I don’t know what kinda frozen garbage they are calling patties these days but man do I miss their old ones.
