Disgusting customer service!!! Terrible experience at Altana Kabob. I came in for an Uber delivery and waited around 5 minutes before marking the order as “not ready yet,” since it still wasn’t prepared — which is part of Uber’s procedure. Right after that, the woman working at the counter started yelling at me, saying, “Why did you come now? I still have 5 minutes!” I had another delivery waiting in my car, and I got both orders at the same time, so I was just following the schedule Uber gave me. She accused me of “complaining to Uber,” even though I didn’t complain at all — I simply marked the order’s status as required. She then said she’d give me a bad review for it ( and she actually did ) which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I ended up waiting over 15 minutes, way longer than it should’ve taken. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and clearly doesn’t understand how delivery timing works. The communication was terrible, the attitude was aggressive, and the entire experience was unpleasant. If you’re a delivery driver, expect unnecessary delays and zero respect from the staff.

I ordered 2 stews and they came without rice. I called them and they told me you had to order rice separately…. What??? As far as I remember all Persian stews come with rice and you never have to order it separately. They are really insane. First and last order from this restaurant. Not recommended at all…

I visited Altona Kabob and ordered liver kebab, but unfortunately, it was undercooked and not grilled properly. The service was also poor. The bread that came with the kebab was very little, and the lemon slice was just a tiny piece. Overall, I was not satisfied with the food or service. I hope they improve in the future, but for now, I can’t recommend this place to others.

Great food, ordered few days ago. Order was shipped securely, delicious persian food, and definitely will order again. Ghorme sabzi with baghali polo is flavorful. It satisfied our cravings. Food is adequately portioned and reasonably priced.

Very pathetic service. Was doing UbEr. I arrived as soon as I got my order. When reached no one attend me and told me how much longer I have to wait and when I put the order as not ready in Uber app, the cashier lady was very rude and started saying why you put not ready and whereas they did not attend me or talked to me about the wait. I followed the regular procedure. Never have received such rude experience. Terrible attitude of the business.

Our place to go for kebabs has sadly been run down over the years into a place to stay away from and take your money elsewhere.

It wasn’t good experience at all.The woman at the front desk told she is manager was so rude and bad-tempered .Her behavior was so unprofessional. Their food hasn’t not good quality and the yogurt was sour.I am Persian but I haven’t seen this model of customer services and manager not in Iran,USA and Canada.I request tahdig and she throw away on my rice I don’t accept it and back.I don’t recommend this place.
