I’ve been coming to Altona Kebab for many years. I really appreciate their food — the flavor is great, the portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the service is always friendly.
I appreciate the unpretentious atmosphere and truly delicious food. I’ve been going here for years and feel lucky to know it.
Best late night kabob in the gta!
Very unprofessional staff and over priced comparing to other stores. Used to be very good but since they got a lot of customers they don’t care anymore
Low quality food. I'd waste my money. Afghans are truly dirty.
STAY AWAY GO TO KHAKI NEXT DOOR
This was by far the worst attempt at Persian cuisine I’ve ever encountered. The food lacked authenticity, flavour, and basic quality. If you care about your taste buds or appreciate real Persian food, I highly recommend staying far away. A complete letdown from start to finish.
This place is horrible, we ended up throwing out our food and getting khaki few stores down, way better!
I highly recommend this place! Delicious Persian food and the lady at the cash is very kind and welcoming.
I recently dined at Altoona kebab , and I have to say, it was an experience I won’t be repeating. The food was not fresh. My meal was lukewarm and bland, with no flavor . The liver was tough and chewy,
As for the staff, well, they were exceptionally... efficient—in the most uninterested way possible. It was almost impressive how quickly they could ignore us.
And the restaurant was not clean and the service was not good at all
I highly recommend not to go there because after we complained about the food the manager ignored us and tried to convinced us the food is fine.she didn’t try to pay back the money and she didn’t listen to us at all.
I'm going to leave a brief comment here. All the dishes were too salty and I personally couldn't enjoy my plate although the amount and quality of the dishes were acceptable.

Fantastic price, food, and service! My family has ordered the Koobideh Kebab (#2) several times now and have been impressed each time. A place well worth trying!

I love the food from this place i always come here since 2014 but I never felt this bad before
They become super stingy and take it easy on the price not like that I love the food but don’t be like that with customers that love to come to u for just a hot sauce
All the best but i would never come again

1. The quality and taste of the food at $11.99 were excellent and initially drew us to this establishment. However, the significant price increase following the "Canadian Tax Break," from $11.99 to $15.99, prompted us to leave and instead visit Shamshiri, where the food quality is superior. We had hoped to benefit from the 13% tax savings, but instead, we experienced a 33.6% price increase.
2. While the female staff members are generally pleasant and accommodating, the male cashier tends to be quite rude and not very pleasant to interact with.
3. Additionally, the cleanliness of the trays used to serve food to customers is lacking, and the tables were not clean. We had to clean the table ourselves before dining.

it is a bad idea to increase your prices by the same amount as the GST reduction and assuming customers wouldn’t notice
