You must try their lasagna. It's very meaty and tasty. Though it's only available from 11am to 3pm. Their baked goods are good too.

The best đđť
Tasty pizza but on the pricy side given how small the sizes are (slices of pizza not the entire one). There was no price sign on any of the pizza slices except the margarita one. I got the mushroom one and that slice + 1 soda can came up to $13 which was a shock. Just be sure to ask the price, I didn't think it'd be that much
My review of Amico on Glebe in Toronto is not as high as mine on Amico on Dufferin. Had custard croissant and cappuccino on Glebe. Far far too much custard in croissant, and the coffee needs to be changed. Bitter and nothing like the one on Dufferin. Whether it's the coffee, the machine or the barista, is hard to tell.
Pity, because I was looking forward to coming here often. However, their amaretti are still the best, outside of Italy.

My partner and I always enjoy Amico for the treats, coffee and especially the food. Their sandwiches and pizza are some of our favourite in this part of the city. Their sandwiches chocolate gelato is easily the best Iâve ever tasted! The staff are always very pleasant and love our son. Would highly recommend visiting if you enjoy anything Italian.

Tried the cortado and it was easily one of the best I have had, smooth, bold, and well balanced. Not every cafĂŠ gets it right, but this place nailed it. Canât wait to come back for it and to explore more of the menu. The mini cannoli was the perfect pairing.

Found this place by accident when stopped nearby to buy paint at Moore Paint store. Glad I did! Enjoyed their sweets - decent quality and excellent value.
I would appreciate it if the staff puts more effort into making the customer feel welcome in the store -smile and kind words would not hurt at all. With that said, the service is prompt and efficient.
Looking forward to trying their espresso which is highly praised by many reviewers, on Google and elsewhere.
Finally - found good quality eclairs for a reasonable price. I wish it happened earlier.
Visiting Amico Bakery on a regular basis, once a week, and thus far - not disappointed.

I went to the New Amico Bakery on Yonge. Hats off to Angel who with short notice was able to get the Baker to not only make one cake but two. What team work! Angels customer service is top notch and the cakes not only looked incredible but were so delicious! My new go to.

This place has some serious customer service issues. Despite a stunning display of pastries, I was completely ignored for 15 minutes while other patrons who arrived after me were served. I left without ever getting to try anything.
A welcome addition to the neighbourhood with a lot of class and delicious treats. The pastries are divine and the new hot takeout that opens at 11 is also very good. The staff is efficient, friendly and quick to serve. Very happy to have such a great bakery close to home for last minute purchases.

Average or slightly above average.
We tried Nutella Bomba and Pistachio Eclair and they were both decent. I dont know if itâs authentic/the way itâs supposed to be but Nutella bomba had a citrusy taste, which I find weird. Definitely wasnât bad but nothing special. Same applies to the pistachio eclair the choux pastry was good but canât say the same thing about pistachio crème pâtissière. It tasted like store bought pistachio spread. Again, their Iced Americano was also average, nothing bad nothing special.
I might return to try other things but I donât see myself frequenting this place.

Their pizzas, sandwhiches and desserts all look amazing. But every time Iâve gone in there Iâve waited 10 minutes standing near the displays and no one has approached me. They need to hire a lot more staff or organize their store better, make a clear âorder here firstâ sign and then motion where people can move down. You walk in and itâs just a cluster of people standing together chatting and I canât seem to order anything and their staff is not attentive
