I was blown away by the service at Aroma Espresso Bar located in Consumers road. Kudos to Mico and Ferlyn!! They were incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations also, they were truly cares about their guests. They were attentive, courteous, and polite.They Truly great service.!!!

This branch of Aroma is close to my work. I don’t normally come to office but whenever I do I’ll make sure I get my fave lentil soup. Today was a super frustrating experience. They served me a spoiled soup!!! They have no manager on site so you have to call the owner of the branch if you want to complain which took a while to respond. This should be reported to health and safety.

Love the music and ambiance of this particular Aroma. The staff are nice and the quality of the drinks/pastries are great.

Wifi was decently fast. My only complaint is that the background music had a large range of volume. Sometimes it was super loud and other times it was really quiet. This made it difficult to have conversations.
In terms of quality of drinks, same as other Aroma locations. Parking is not the best as the paid lot is kind of expensive. Ventilation inside the cafe is also not the best, it got really hot at a certain point.
There’s patio furniture set up right outside the door, if that’s something you prefer.
Lazy staff, they close at 6 pm, i reached at 5:30 and they didn’t open the doors saying they are closed! Very bad experience!

I go to Aroma regularly and order the chicken sandwich. The sandwich typically comes with a whole chicken breast. This one was clearly sliced into small pieces to save on costs.
I won’t be going to this location again.

Loved the Iced Hazelnut made with Almond Milk soooo delicious (pricy for what you get, but well worth it as an occasional treat).
