Terrible customer service; they're incredibly inconsiderate. They park illegally on the pavement beside the kiss-n-ride blocking the resident's view of the drive / street as the exit the bldg. It just seems like they don't care. When they come to inspect the alarms in the units, they knock so loud I can hear them coming all the way down the hall, and they have loud radios which burp and squelch additionally.
