Terrible experience. The baguette and bagels I bought here were a disaster. Asked the cashier if it was fresh and she insisted the baguette was fresh and warm, but once I got home everything was rock-hard and completely stale, crumbling like it was days old. Total waste of money. Never again.

I would like to commend the staff a the GM (Leila) who took over the order to ensure (Dom who is a Red Seal chef) put together an incredible platter with deliver to Oshawa.
Being located near Bathurst and Shepherd, it was quite a task for them to put together and have it delivered so far away.
However, they stepped it up and created an amazing platter for my friends with bagels, lox, cream cheese, and the platter was fresh, high quality and delicious.
I placed the order and was extremely happy with the result.

I have been coming to Bagel Plus for many years, and its terrible to say how far downhill it has gone prices are ridiculous!!! I alway get my bagel with cream cheese in the morning it’s a constant routine for me . I walked in the other day just a normal order to find out my bagel that use to cost me 6.50$ went UP to almost 10$ !!! That is so upsetting!!! Make better choices new management, you can’t just raise prices like that ! Almost double the price . I will never return
Great waitress Joyce. Good bagel sandwich. However, I bought two, cheese and fruit danish desserts. They looked great, but terrible in reality. They have the cherry and blueberry filling at the ends and you think it is all the way through, but nothing in the middle. Bait and switch if I have ever seen it. Shameful.

Dear Owner My family and I have always enjoyed breakfast at your bakery and truly appreciate the excellent food and friendly staff. However, a couple of Saturdays ago my 83-year-old father and I had an upsetting experience. While waiting for our fresh Baggett, a kind waitress let us sit at a small table in the nearly empty dining room. 30 seconds later, the head waitress (long dark hair) told us to leave immediately once she learned we were not dining in. We complied and waited by the entrance until the cashier noticed and offered us a chair, but by then the moment was spoiled.
I share this feedback because we value your bakery and want to continue coming with our family, hoping all guests feel welcome as we usually have in the past.

I have been coming to Bagel Plus for many years, and it breaks my heart to say how far downhill it has gone in such a short time. The biggest issue is not the food, but the management. The new manager is shockingly rude — not just to customers, but especially to the staff. It is very upsetting to watch employees being spoken to with such disrespect.
Even worse, on multiple occasions, I have witnessed (who I believe to be) the owner coming in and berating the staff in a way that is completely unacceptable. No employee should ever be treated like that, and no customer should have to watch it happen. It creates a very hostile and unpleasant atmosphere that is nothing like the warm, welcoming Bagel Plus that so many of us have loved for decades.
Adding to this, I overheard management advising staff to sell pastries and bread that were no longer fresh. For a bakery that has been a trusted part of the neighbourhood, this feels like a betrayal of the very standards that made it special.
This establishment used to be a gem in the community. Sadly, under the current management and ownership practices, it has become a place I can no longer recommend.

They have the best chocolate buffalo in the entire city. Of this I am an expert. They were so lovely to us and my grandson, it’s worth going out of my way to go there.
