Please do not support this shop!I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and salmon and it was 12$…. They didn’t even load it up and forgot to add my request for tomato on it. Everything was so rushed and very poor communication skills. I would avoid coming here. They have overpriced everything. There are quality bagel shops with lower prices just by Sheppard and Yonge.

They have quite a variety of baked goods and a variety of sizes. Some are huge (I mean huge) And some are smaller. They offer a lot of goods with chocolate on it, which, for me is a weakness. The prices seem reasonable, and they are very friendly and accommodating. For example, After I got my order, which was excellent, I went back in thinking, I forgot my key on the counter. The folks there were very kind to look for it, but could not find it. I looked up a locksmith was going to take some time to get there, so I went back into the bakery, and they were very kind to accommodate me while I waited.I’m very sorry, but I forgot the names of the people that served me that afternoon, yet, they definitely deserve special mention.

You do not have to be Jewish to enjoy the best Chocolate Cake in Toronto!! Simply amazing it like a huge rum ball not overly sweet but impossibly rich and deep chocolate flavour. Also recommend was the salmon and onion omelette amazing simply served by very efficient and friendly staff.

I don't usually write reviews but this place is just so bad. Service was aweful, told them i was in a rush and they did not even try to get our orders. We had to asked them twice to take our orders. Waitress was very unfriendly, food was very blend and bad. I do not recommend tbis place.

I recently had a disappointing encounter at this store due to the aggressive and unprofessional behavior of some staff members. In particular, the cashier, her name Noel, exhibited behavior that lacked respect and professionalism. This experience has left me with a negative impression, and I regret to say that I won’t be returning to this store in the future. Improved customer service and a more respectful atmosphere are crucial for a positive shopping experience.

Visited BAGEL PLUS today as usual for a Saturday and had our favourite bagel and lox platter with cream cheese, lox, tomato onion and capers. GreatBut today discovered that Bagel Plus is going international by offeringChiabatta and Focaccia sprinkled with tasty olive oil very close to our culinary experiences in Italy. Whole different experience thanks to Bagel Plus and chef Domenic with sister/manager Liviana and the staff. Was very impressed. Fusion is already big in the world thanks to the demand of travelled clients and innovation of Bagel PlusWe will always be there and always be grateful. 5 Stars
