The lady here is so rude. I wish I could give 0 stars. I asked her a question and she proceeded to yell at me in front of so many people during lunch break. She didn't yell at the other customers so I have to wonder if it was a discrimination thing. I then proceeded to politely ask her colleague for the head office's number, he said he doesn't know it and proceeds to walk away and turn his back. She then says "You'r back". I said "I'm not talking to you mam". she says "You're not a customer. Go away" and gesturing with her hands for me to shoo like I was some animal. I go to other bagel stops all the time and she had no idea if I had been a past customer of the bagel stop she's working at. She's disrespectful and should be fired. This is not her first occurrence either.

I asked her if she could change her gloves due to cross contamination reasoning, I even explained to her and she said I haven't touched meat all morning (which is impossible considering all the meat options they have) and she refused to change the gloves. I told her if she cant change gloves then I cant buy the bagel and shes like sure. I mean if you don't want people coming to your store then continue being as rude as you currently are.

Awful experience- I thought other people were exaggerating about the employee/owner rudeness. At 11:30am, she actually refused to sell me 4 bagels since she wouldn’t have enough for future lunch customers. The other person in line with me left as well since the lady was so mean.

Very bad service short tempered staff cannot understand English got the wrong soup couldn't understand what I wanted on my bagel didn't get my coffee bad experience all round will not go back to any bagel stop in case it's the same

Reuben bagel was OK. Creole chicken gumbo was OK, quite spicy. Combos come with soup but no drink.

the owner is so rude, started yelling at me for using my credit card instead of my debit, then when walking away, she demanded I return.
