Yuuuum! The chicken satay bahn mi is a delight! I’ve been a few times already and will definitely be returning.

Finding this place was a bit tricky because of the layout of the strip mall. This little gem is located facing the Weston Rd side.

We ordered the beef satay, chicken satay and assorted meats. The flavors were on point, if you like it spicy look no further. However, in the future perhaps add more meat in the beef satay and chicken satay.

As for pricing $6 for assorted and $7 for the beef and chicken satay is reasonable.

This place is really clean and the lady who served us was really friendly.

I will be returning back in the future for sure and I will ask them to add more ingredients to fill up the bun.

Free parking is available on the weston rd and around the building. Remember the place is located on the Weston Rd side.

I always order via delivery for lunch or dinner and it never fails. Everything so fresh and full. I love their bubble tea slush too!

Had a good experience at this banh mi spot. They have a good selection of different sandwiches, and also do fruit and bubble teas. I would recommend this place.

Ordered a watermelon soda, and they gave me a sprite in a bubble tea cup with like a pump of some watermelon syrup that did not make the sprite taste anything like watermelon. Also, like maybe 3 minutes after I left, the cup blew up because of the carbonation from the soda built up under the sealed plastic cover.

Staff was quite rude and unwelcoming and made us feel like a burden for ordering the sugarcane juice.

Their juice was overpriced at almost $9 after taxes, they did not even give a pointed straw to cut through the plastic seal (we had to puncture a hole first on our own, which was messy) and the drink frankly did not taste good at all. It was way too sweet and had no option to add any lime to cut the sweetness.

A banh mi that’s well-packed with thicker meat than you typically find elsewhere.
They also offer Habanero peppers for those who can handle the heat.

I have eaten here many times and this is the first time I felt really bad. I bought 2 sandwiches here: a meatball sandwich and a chicken sandwich.
When I walked in, the employee seemed confused. When she told the cashier that the meatball sandwich I ordered was wrong, I told the cashier. What was worse was that the char siu she took out did not heat it up in the microwave, she put it directly into the sandwich and put it in the oven (maybe she is a new employee because this is the first time I saw her). When I received the sandwiches and left, I found that both were cold.

A decent sandwich. Had the assorted meat and spicy beef satay. Made with care. Didn't try their bubble tea....maybe next time.

EAT HERE! Very good portions for this shop. I had the chicken Satay and tried a bite of the tofu-vegetable banh mi and both are exceptional. Fresh vegetables and delicious sauce. I got full spice which is not too spicy.

They also give a discount for cash payments. There is no sitting room but they play very good Vietnamese music. There was also a bunch of extra shop items for purchase that were neat.
