Finding this place was a bit tricky because of the layout of the strip mall. This little gem is located facing the Weston Rd side.

We ordered the beef satay, chicken satay and assorted meats. The flavors were on point, if you like it spicy look no further. However, in the future perhaps add more meat in the beef satay and chicken satay.

As for pricing $6 for assorted and $7 for the beef and chicken satay is reasonable.

EAT HERE! Very good portions for this shop. I had the chicken Satay and tried a bite of the tofu-vegetable banh mi and both are exceptional. Fresh vegetables and delicious sauce. I got full spice which is not too spicy.

They also give a discount for cash payments. There is no sitting room but they play very good Vietnamese music. There was also a bunch of extra shop items for purchase that were neat.

Very amiable personnel. The bread, unlike other banh mi establishments, isn't overly fluffy and fat. This one is consistently packed with substantial and vibrant flavors and is the ideal portion size. provides a tofu-based vegetarian banh mi alternative as well! For a fantastic crunch, toast!
