What on earth was the owner thinking? There was only one man working—handling over 10 in-store orders plus Uber Eats orders at the same time.
There definitely needs to be at least two people on shift.
I genuinely felt bad for him. He was doing everything—making burritos, washing dishes, cleaning tables, restocking napkins—you could see he was trying his best, but it was just too much for one person.
The owner seriously needs to step up and provide proper staffing. No one should be put under that kind of pressure alone.
Btw, the burrito was excellent! And service was fantastic!!

Came to pick up burritos before a concert at the park - we had folks who were visiting from out of town with us. Manthan and Manan explained the menu thoughtfully and took care to get our burritos exactly as we wanted them while working very quickly! The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed the experience. Incredible watching Manthan and Manan expertly stuff everything we wanted into the burrito!
