I’ve been living beside Basil Box for many years. However, I seldom buy food from there. Last night I went there cause we had nothing cooked and Pramila was the person who helped to make my box! Oh my! She is the sweetest, most patient person I’ve met in this industry! Because of her and how she made me feel during my experience I will definitely come back to this place! Yesterday I had a tough day and her kindness totally changed my night!

I had the Vegan Pad Thai today with rice noodles and tofu with Thai Iced Tea. The pad thai was excellent, good presentation, largeportion and so flavourful! A good Saturday evening meal after a long day at work.The person who took my order order was attentive to detail and the girl who prepared my order and served had a great positive attitude!Good hygienic place with ample seating :)

Customer service is always great here! It's conveniently right at the corner of Yonge and Finch. They have lots of different types of meals inspired by different Asian flavors. But you also have the option to build your own box. There's also a bubbletea spot here as well!
