I don’t know about every store but the store in Victoria park is just rude I went to order a cake and the employee who took my order was rude I went also to pick my cake and it was nothing like I had told them the letters were awful written and the color was wrong….The taste was good but the whole experience with the staff was disappointing…

Very kind and accommodating staff at this location. There was a bit of a glitch with the ice-cream pie I ordered but Pan happily rectified it promptly. I really appreciate the high level of customer service and they obviously appreciate their clientele. Thanks Pan:)

Great location for parking. Staff is friendly and polite, however, maybe avoid the pre-packed in winter/early spring as I bought the two tubs for $23 and found the Peanut Butter Chocolate not as fresh as it usually is. The Mint Chocolate Chip was better but still not as fresh as in summer. B & R has to find a better way to keep it fresher, for longer. I had to take away a star because I asked Siri for their hours and I saw that this location closed at 22:00 and I got there before 21:30 and it was already closed. Businesses have to make sure that their hours are listed correctly.

I had an amazing experience at Baskin-Robbins (Lawrence & Victoria Park) thanks to Tan! From the moment I walked in, Tan greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly friendly. I left with my son’s favourite cake and a smile on my face. Will definitely be back and hugs thanks to Tan for making it such a great visit!
