Got a small dessert after our burgers. Truly enjoyed the experience. The girl in the front with the pretty lashes was super sweet and helpful. Got the Cookie Dough and Strawberry Cheesecake. Definitely a classic place !!

I’m not the type of person who usually leaves reviews, and I tend to let small things go. But what happened at this location on July 12th around 5:30 PM made me feel I needed to speak up.

While I was waiting to order, I noticed the customer before me asking for a plastic spoon. The staff member’s reaction was surprisingly rude—her expression and attitude made it seem like even handing out a spoon was a bother.

Then it was my turn. I bought 3 pre-packed tubs of ice cream and politely asked for about 10 spoons since I was sharing with friends. Her face instantly changed—she looked annoyed and confused, as if my request didn’t make any sense. I even said thank you three times, trying to be polite, but she didn’t respond at all. She completely ignored me.

Honestly, I don’t understand why asking for spoons with takeout ice cream is treated like such a burden. Isn’t it common practice?

I’ve always come to this location because it’s close to home, but after this experience, I’d rather go somewhere else. No one deserves to be treated like an inconvenience over something so simple.

Worst baskin Robbins I’ve ever been to. Did not honour what was clearly written on a coupon because the “manager apparently said so.” All scoops look like kiddie scoop size. Don’t come here if you like ice cream. I came for ice cream and only got sadness and disappointment.

We had a great experience at Baskin Robbins, enjoying their delicious Strawberry Cheesecake and Vanilla ice cream. Both flavors were rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The Strawberry Cheesecake had a nice mix of fruity and cheesecake flavors, while the Vanilla was smooth and classic.

The location is convenient, especially after shopping at Centre Point and No Frills. It’s a great spot to take a break and enjoy a treat. There’s a parking lot available, making it easy to stop by, and tables for eating if you want to sit and relax.

With the weather getting warmer, it’s the perfect time for ice cream, and Baskin Robbins never disappoints. Whether you’re craving something refreshing or just looking for a sweet end to your shopping trip, this place is definitely worth a visit

Their time of closing is at 11PM but still the doors were closed at 10:40PM. Disappointed

Ice Cream + Milk= Milkshake.
You figure an ice cream place with actual good ice cream would have figured this out, but NO. They add syrup, for some darn reason.
So now this milkshake tastes like a bucket of sugar. Halfway through drinking it I developed diabetes. I asked to purchase a cup of milk to tone down the sugar taste. They can't sell me milk because it's a franchise. So then I asked to purchase a large milkshake for my daughter, make me a small milkshake instead and put the rest of the milk in my bucket of sugar to tone down some of the sugar.
To her it seemed like the transaction of the century.
She put 2 drops of milk on my bucket of sugar. It made little difference of course.
In desperation I asked for a cup of water. She told me she had to charge me 50 cents plus tax. I reluctantly and in desperation agreed to this. She grabs a cup and fills it with lukewarm water. I pour the water into my bucket of sugar and thankfully it makes it barely drinkable.
This was the experience after I had purchased two separate ice creams and two separate milkshakes.
My disappointment is inmesurable and my life is ruined. Ok, seriously now, I think a lot more could be done for the customer in this situation. I am a patron of Baskin-Robbins throughout the city once or twice a week.

I went there couple of weeks ago to place a cake order for my husband's birthday and to celebrate Eid and the girl who helped me was awesome and very patient. She suggested a few ideas for my cakes and when I went to pick them up, they were looking AMAZING, even better than I imagined, they were so tasty and all the family really enjoyed them. They even have Kernels popcorn inside the store and got a the deal from the day, which was great and popcorn was fresh and delicious! Staff were super friendly, the atmosphere was great and the store was very clean. Even though the store was busy, the service was awesome. I definately recommend to visit this location. For sure I will keep coming here!

So you get a coupon for 50% off your next second scoop of ice cream when you buy one.

When I redeemed it, I was charged 2 dollars more than the normal price of a double scoop and that was after the coupon discount was applied.

Absolutely unbelievable that they trick you and you pay more. They couldn’t even justify it. All they can say is that they sorry… really disappointing as they clearly don’t understand honesty and integrity!

Won’t be coming back here!!!
