Visited today in the evening and had a really disappointing experience. The girl working there was very unprofessional and had a bad attitude towards customer service. I’ve been here before and the experience was good, but today was the complete opposite. The ice cream didn’t taste fresh either. Would not recommend visiting.

$20 for a tub of ice cream but the server has no idea how to properly fill it. Tub was like 75% full

Baskin-Robbins 5925 Leslie Street terribbblle place nassstyy owners that just want your money and no customer service. The owner the lady is cheap and hates if you ask her for extra cup or anything you need but wants your $12 for a mango smoothie. Lots of good places in city to buy ice cream this place should not have your hard earned money.

Service was not acceptable
I requested to see the size of the cake , she refused to show me , i purchased and it was much smaller than what I want
If she was nice enough,she could show to me , and I I saw the size, I would bought the bigger one ,
I end up not using that cake .

Delicious ice cream conveniently located in the neighbourhood plaza. Friendly staff and quick service.

The milkshakes are good and they are usually filled to the top. However, today, there was a good inch of my drink missing.

I had a very disappointing experience at your Baskin Robbins location at Pickle Barrel Plaza, 5925 Leslie St, Willowdale, ON M2H 1J8 . on Sunday, April 14th, 2024 around 7:00 pm. The employee working there was unfriendly and unhelpful. When I requested hand sanitizer, he claimed they had none. Then, he made my smoothie incredibly slow and used a cup that looked unclean !?!?!?! I was complete shocked ! Finally, after my friendly request, he gave me a napkin from a package out of customer reach, using their bare hands and touching the napkin itself. Due to this unsanitary experience, I will not be returning to this specific location!

Ice cream here at this location was not fresh, I usually eat same flavour of ice cream from Baskin Robbins and I can tell the difference that the one I got from this location is not fresh.
