Baskin-Robbins and Kernels Popcorn

Poor management, poor service.

Bought a cake for a party ($230 for a vanilla cake) for an event being hosted at a new event venue nearby. I returned halfway through the event with the remnants of the cake and asked the staff person for a small box I could put it in. The staff person informed me that they would have to charge me a dollar for the box. I reminded them that I had just spent $230 (on $20 worth of 0ice cream”), mentioned that I did not have my wallet on me, and let them know that I had several people waiting for me at the venue. I asked again, nicely, if they would mind giving me one of their cheap, disposable cardboard boxes, and reminded them I had just spent $230 on a cake. The answer was no (from the manager). Foolish, shortsighted, and just plain dumb. Take your business elsewhere.

In my lifetime I have spent thousands of dollars at Baskin Robbins whether it was for birthdays, parties, events, or just something cool in the summer. That ends today because of poor service.

By the way, after my negative experience I decided to do a little research. According to Google, Baskin Robbins is not ice cream. Yes, it contains some milk and sugar products, but it also contains mono and diglycerides, corn syrup, and a host of other things that don’t belong in ice cream. Food for thought.

The ice-cream here tastes amazing. Not too sweet yet creamy and flavourful. My go to scoop is Jamoca Almond Fudge.

I think google should start giving options to rate service as zero star. I also want manager of this store to know that mark this date and time of my review the person on cashier was so rude not only with us but others as well. Worst store I hope people do not go here there are other baskin robbins out there.

Icecream and kernal pops are tasty as always . One thing which is disappointing is the service. Knowing the customer is there to order the serving person vanishes and will show up when they want to .

My favourite place to go when it’s hot. The workers are especially friendly and nice, and their mint chocolate chip ice cream is the best I’ve had anywhere!!!

If you want to pay cash you need exact change. My total was $9.03, I had $9.00 and she made me pay using a card instead. If my total was ONE PENNY less, then I would have been fine.Doesn't it cost more than $0.03 to use the merchant machine anyways? This girl needs to learn a little compassion.....

This place is amazing. I remember the first time I had ice cream here, I swore off all other ice cream stores. The staff is courteous, quick, and accommodating. The store is clean, bright, and smells wonderful. I highly recommend.
