Baskin-Robbins and Kernels Popcorn

Google says they close at 12am on Friday. Came there at 11:30, store was closed. Very disappointed.

I’m leaving a 5 star review for one of the staff (Mehul) who helped us today. Even though we were not happy about how our ice cream cake turned out. The staff (Mehul) at BR avenue road location rendered us an excellent customer service to address the issue regarding the cake that we ordered. I really want to commend his professionalism.

Horrible customer service even to the kids! My son walked out of the store with his ice cream and it fell. He got so sad and almost cried.i took him inside and he asked to replace it. The sells person was about to give him the ice cream and then the manager said sorry we can not replace it. We were ordering other icecream for ourselves too. So we left them there since they made my son and us so disappointed. We were a regular of this location weekly. We will never go back to this B.R ever again with the most unkind and non kids friendly management. It wasn’t about $7 icecream. It’s about making kids happy and nice culture of customer service.

I recently visited Baskin Robbins and tried both their classic ice cream and the Enjoy Shake — and I must say, the experience was 100% excellent! 🍦🥤

The ice cream was creamy, rich, and full of flavor. I chose Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and it was absolutely delicious with the perfect balance of sweetness and texture. The Enjoy Shake was equally amazing — thick, smooth, and incredibly satisfying. It’s a must-try!

A big thank you to the owner and management for maintaining such high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Your team is doing a fantastic job, and it shows in every bite. 👏

Tried the Oreo Cappuccino and Blueberry ice creams at Baskin-Robbins—and WOW. The Oreo Cappuccino is a dream come true for coffee and cookie lovers. It has the perfect balance of rich espresso flavor with crunchy Oreo pieces that give it just the right texture and sweetness. Super smooth and totally addictive!

The Blueberry flavor was just as impressive—light, fruity, and refreshingly sweet. It tastes like real blueberries, not artificial at all, and it’s the perfect contrast to the deeper coffee notes of the Oreo Cappuccino.

These two flavors together? Absolute magic. Highly recommend mixing them—you get the bold, creamy depth of coffee with a burst of bright berry flavor. Can’t wait to go back for more!

Bought gift cards from this location, however they didn’t have envelopes. Didn’t take the cards back either. Can’t get envelopes from other locations since they only offer envelopes when they sell gift cards.

The ice cream falooda was excellent, and the service was quick and efficient, which we appreciated. However, a major inconvenience is the lack of available parking.

Wanted to get ice cream and popcorn but ended up getting only ice cream as the popcorn wasn’t fresh (1 day old) 🙈🙈 staff was kind and welcoming.

Lots of free parking space, convenient.

Best location! Best scoops. Mehul is so nice! He makes amazing cones!!!

Flavor explosion!

I would like to provide some feedback regarding my visit to your store at around 8:30 p.m. today. I am a regular customer and a big fan of Baskin Robbins ice cream, so I am quite familiar with the usual portion sizes and quality.

During this visit, I ordered one scoop of Strawberry Cheesecake flavor. The male staff member who served me (an Indian male employee) handed me a scoop that was not shaped properly—it was hollow in the middle and noticeably smaller than what I normally receive. When I politely mentioned that the scoop looked smaller than usual, he responded with, “Why?” and gave me an unfriendly look. I replied again that it simply seemed smaller than the standard size, but his body language and tone made me feel uncomfortable, as if he was not willing to serve or listen to feedback.

I felt that the staff member’s attitude was unprofessional and lacking the courtesy expected in customer service. I hope this feedback can be used constructively to improve staff training and ensure all customers feel welcomed and respected.
