Customer service absuletly discussing terrible staff attitude,we went on Saturday for son engagement pastry we requested to have it in large box which they did not have it , and behind the countertold why don't you take it in two boxes whit sarcastic mannarrs,we were the day before and told them about this especial occasion ,the young girl really showed trouble attitudes,with that reputation you should be able to taking care of customers not make them sorry giving you their business.we are regular customer , however,that will be the last Time.

You expect quality when you’re paying a premium, but what I got was far from fresh and it was expired I’m extremely disappointed. Despite all the hype, this place is seriously overrated.

I left all the pastry in garbage when I bought almost 4 pound... ..I believe they use bad kind of oil because pastries smelt.and I never again shop bibi again.if y don't belive me ,you could try it you would know .it is very obvious.I hope the owner see this .and change the policy.because we like give iranians businesses

Today was my wedding day, unfortunately, there was a big accident in 401 express and I suddenly got stocked in a bad traffic, I called them and asked for help if they can send the cake with an Uber or any other resource. Responded NO. With no sense of understanding. So I had to rush anyway to get get there. 2 ladies were there working as slow as possible. Customers there realized that I’m in rush and volunteered to help me with giving there spot in the line. The funniest part was that the lady is telling me I have to pay first while she wasn’t aware of that I have already paid. I give them the minimum rate because of: 1- miscommunication between themselves 2- no sense of responsibility 3- being intentionally so slow not even ‘’normal’’. It was my first and last time purchasing from them and one of the worst experiences of shopping. I hope this review helps them to work on their process
