I like the Whipped Cream Puffs, it tastes good. I was about to eat 3 of these. Not the usual that I'm used to in Japan where in you could really taste the custard filling, but it's good!
The Napoleons Custard is okay. Not too sweet.

Cake and pastries? Always good!! Staff?? Always nice, always kind and welcoming, always serving with their best persian manners and also served my khareji friends so kindly. My spot for everything! Studying, meetings, dates, alone journaling time. The sitting area is so peaceful. Oh and the instrumental persian songs, I perfect addition to the combo! Thanks BB team for always serving us, truly lovely to come here and feel the lovely irani vibes ❤️❤️

I bought a pistachio ice cream, and from the very first bite it was obvious that low-quality, spoiled pistachios had been used. The taste was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable.
I returned the entire container — it was clearly not consumed — but the staff refused to offer a refund. They only said they would “follow up and call me,” which never happened.
This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. Because of this poor quality and lack of customer service, I will not be returning to this café again.

I had a very disappointing experience at BB pastry. I visited last night to place an order for a cake. There were two employees working, one of them was very kind and helpful. However, the other lady, a woman with black hair named massi, treated me with a very unpleasant attitude. I tried to overlook it, assuming she might have been tired after a long workday. Tonight, when I went back to pick up my cake, she was there again, and her behavior was even worse. She kept changing her facial expression, sighing deeply, and making it very clear that she was annoyed. I left feeling upset and uncomfortable. Even though I used to really like their cakes, after this experience I won’t be returning and I’ll make sure to let my family and friends know as well. It’s unfortunate, but customers deserve basic respect, and I didn’t feel that here. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place anymore. NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER

The cake was really fresh and delicious, but the inside was a bit uneven and not well-shaped when we sliced it. Still, the taste was amazing and everyone enjoyed it. The only thing is that the price feels a bit high for the size of the cake

“I bought some sweets from this pastry shop, but unfortunately, when I left the store, I fell, and the box slipped from my hands. When I went back to buy another one, they kindly and politely replaced it for me without charging anything. I’m really happy with their excellent customer service 🌸”
I had a really disappointing experience at this café tonight. When we entered, the staff told us we only had 4 minutes to make our order, which we agreed to. However, they started complaining and said we were “mixing up” the cashier. If you don’t want customers close to closing time, it’s better to close the store rather than treating people with such poor attitude.
